Get the white electrical tape. Sticks good and comes off clean.

I always used return address labels and scotch tape. Mainly because it holds reasonably well and comes off without leaving any sticky on the bottle, which I hate. Maybe I'll try electrical tape. How well does sharpie writing hold up on the tape? Seems to rub off a lot of shiny surfaces.

So having my 2018 taxes amended was well worth the effort and money paid to my accountant. :thumb: Tax drama series is over. I will be doing my own again from now on. I think I know how to handle the form now.
    They get you a refund?

Depends on how important it is to have perfect looking labels. I’m kinda where Hitt is. I make too many to feel justified to use a label maker.
Important to me. Weird thing for a gal that ain’t fussy about much.

Hey Mick. The writing holds up real good to fingers. It will smudge if you get it all wet but you can still read it. Mine aren’t around long enough to get that bad. The electrical tape is easy on and easy off no residue. Scotch 3M brand sold at home imp stores and cheap. A roll lasts forever.

I’m a member of the organized chaos group. I’m messy but can always find what I’m looking for. My desk at work is a testament to that.

Understood. I forget where stuff is when I put it where it’s supposed to be.

I love to be organized. Life is easier. But it takes time that sometimes I don’t have. Like my vape cabinet being done...it made me feel better to have a place for everything and everything in its place.
I admit that would be nice but I’m not likely to ever get there.

That’s what I use. Same method I used in the lab for years. Label + tape holds up for a long time. Alcohol based fluids will dissolve sharpie ink, but the tape stops that. Even holds up to a wash, just not a soak

Everyone at work thought I was OCD, but a chemistry lab has to be organized. Depends on where you look here at home. My kitchen is in a specific order. Everything has its place, and only that place. Then, my closet looks like a hoarder unpacked into it. For some reason, I can not keep it organized. Fortunately, one pair of jeans is as good as the next, so no digging lol.

Mixing stuff I try and force myself to keep in usable order. I still haven’t gotten past arranging my flavors by “type”, despite repeated oaths of adopting a better method. It makes sense to me, but I doubt anyone else could pull out my cases and quickly mix anything.
