No I am handling myself just fine I think. Oh my where did this hour go, jeez, I am like "goodness" I need to go.

LOL the doc I work with a lot now who reminds me of my little brother? He is the model on our "telemedicine" flyer. I have been teasing him with a complete lack of mercy.. Because I can, pretty much.

He also keeps trying to feed me. Just like my little brother who cooked or bought me dinner ever time I came over. It was cool I miss him and I should call him.

I have several best flavors (IMO) of course. Such as Fa Fresh Cream, INW Biscuit, Cap Cereal 27 etc etc. These are flavors I've been very happy with for a long time. I have no desire at all to try to improve on them. Such an effort has failed in the past and I've finally learned my lesson.

Due to the shut downs, getting a hair cut/beard trim is impossible. Told the younger ones I'm beginning to look like Gabby Hayes, they look at me like I'm crazy.
LOL, they never heard of Gabby

I'm seriously considering letting my wife cut my hair. I usually get it cut once a month at least and I'm overdue.

Good morning random folks :) Have you any plans today?
So far, I’m up to breathing and coffee. Working towards clothes and taking a trip to the den. Then, finish reorganization of the vape/shoe/purse/jeans closet. Next up, sort the hanging clothes to store(winter), keep, trash or donate. I hate doing it with a passion, but hard to come up with a way to procrastinate when I’m stuck here 24/7.

Yeh… after frantically doing notes probably. The husband asked when I was going to go to 4 days a week and I am not until COVID 19 happens. Unfortunately. It's like, the whole "essential personnel" thing" and I don't want to mess with it.

Which reminded me our lovely governor, Doug Deucey,. I love the name the only way it could be better was if it was Deuce Ducey. But well he has a "no travel except for essential personnel." I told the husband we should send it to the insurance company (my work gave me a letter to travel one lady got stopped already on her way to work) to place our claim on hold because he darn sure can't go to Tucson. It should work. We need to extend our two years, because it is my belief we will NEVER get the house finished. Never.

Etc. LOL next week all staff get their temperature taken upon entering the building .I am wondering how much crazier it will GET.

Himself gets his taken three times a day. He comes home every day with 3 dated smiley face stickers on his shirt. Patients, ambulance personnel etc all get theirs taken before they get in the door. Crazy times. His stickers make me laugh though... reminds me of when the kids were in preschool (green, yellow or red stickers).

Himself said the same thing. I reminded him that back in the early years when we were beyond broke, it was the one day a month we came close to divorce. Probably made worse because I had borrowed the neighbors dog clippers (um, they had a length guard, supposedly)

    Kinda cringed at the syrup............
    I figured you would!

I’m iffy about it but intrigued.... it’s supposed to be like table syrup (sort of like pancake syrup minus the maple), not as sweet as sweetener, doesn’t smell like cat pee like honey.... it wasn’t expensive, so worth a try.

    State of Anxiety
Rainy day, big mixing day here. I did 500 ml of base, plus Butter Pecan, Rum Raisin Cake, Doomsday Cake (Red Velvet based), Strawberry Cheesecake Biscuit, and a riff on Pony On Acid. I've never tried the real POA, but I like the flavor profile on the clone recipes, so am experimenting.

Things here are getting nutty. What impacts me most is the crowds at every park and trail. I used to enjoy a hike or a bike ride during the week with no crowds. Not anymore! I'm regretfully staying away. Also, I learned how to make face masks from blue shop towels, which I fortunately have lots of. Not very difficult (no sewing). Store employees here are now required to wear masks. Only a matter of (short) time before we all are. I did risk the garden store yesterday to buy some pansies. Pansies are so cheerful and I think we all need some cheering up! Trying to get motivated to start some seeds, but just can't seem to quite yet.

My wife used to cut my brother in laws hair and does own a real pair of clippers. I wouldn't be afraid to do the sides myself with the clippers but have no idea how to cut the top and blend it in with the sides.

Until recently, my wife cut my hair (with clippers and 1 inch guard) I have a mole on my neck and would hold my finger over it to protect it from the clippers. She said my finger was in the way and assured me she would be careful... yea right (woops!) I now cut my own hair but can't do the neck part so asked mom to. Put finger on mole and she said it was in the way... I said I'm not moving it! Been there, done that. Finally found a solution... put small round band-aide over it.
