I'd try listing things based on what flavors you've tried, and your personal experiences with them, likes, dislikes, flavor notes you detected in them, etc. Make it personal, show your passion, that's what attracts most people, a unique and genuine perspective. Just my perspective, blah blah peanut butter, blah, etc.
I like WF Brazilian Coffee on that list, it's strong, 1.5% is good.
I don't think you have been following this... I went trough all this before. I have not tried many flavors (I don't even have that many flavors) These are from many many hours of research from several sources (that's part of why I got so much criticism about the title "Best Flavors") Haven't counted but several hundred on my list. Yes, I also want to add apricot to peach but my main goal is apricot/pineapple jam (sentimental... grandma made it when I was a kid)
I've been following, just a suggestion on what I've seen work over the years. I guess if you want to compile a list of other peoples favorite flavors, that's an admirable goal. Lot of work necessary to accomplish this, but I wish you good luck in your endeavor.

I need to investigate it and see what the scoop is. I was thinking maybe try it as a replacement in @FranC ’s biscuit or croissant recipe to see how it changes it. I don’t think a sft test would help me figure out what direction it needs to go. I’m not that strong of a creator. But, I think if I can figure out how it plays with others, I can get a start.

The first one was very popular for a while, but like the others...it eventually fell to further back pages, too. None have ever gotten "pinned" to stay on the 1st page. Just working. So I brought my cat's bed into my office and put it on my desk. She crawled up in it and all is well. I like the company in here while working.
Dishes are done, laundry is done, birds/squirrels/chipmunks are all fed, meat is split and frozen (all done yesterday) so today I think I'll continue to pick up sticks in the yard during lunch and after work.
OH! We assassinated the red wasp yesterday at the mailbox. He was making a nest underneath. I let my son do it so he could get some satisfaction after the thing stung him. That thing was HUGE. I'm sure our mail lady appreciates it too.

Good morning mixers. I did get a bigger bottle of the pineapple wafer mixed last night. I just hope I don't get tired of it before I use it up. Work is still fairly slow for me but I have been getting a little bit here and there. I am dreading seeing my commission check for the month. I know it's not going to be good.
I also went to the bank yesterday to make a deposit. I never thought I'd be leery of going to the bank. I had to sanitize when I got home and I just went through the drive through. Just the smallest of socializations can give you this virus. I'm not sure I'll ever be the same.
To keep on topic...I need to come up with another recipe using the flavors I have. I need something different. I'll look on elr later.

I'm ready for the virus to go away and things to get back to normal. Sick of it.
