Nothing against biscuit but it seemed the croissant would be more accurate to the flavor profile (and I thought you liked that flavor)

I do but I use the biscuit much more.

I have been playing with those 2 chocolates also, but I had not tried adding vanilla cream and dairy. I was trying for a Milk chocolate, but never got there.

I like dark chocolate so just use (WF) Chocolate chunks but most people like milk chocolate so that should work fine.
I had a pre-made Smores and added (FA) Cocoa to it (talk about dark but I liked it)

Going to wait for the scale to do any mixing (that's good because I have all these little leftovers from small batch SFTs I need to get rid of)
Since I mix my unflavored base(s) by volume, I assume I should just put an empty bottle on the scale, Tare (zero) it and add a flavor, tare again, and so on... is there a better way? I will top it off with the base.

I don’t get a true dark chocolate out of Chocolate Chunks. It’s one of my favs and dark chocolate is not a fav. To me the VT Dark chocolate is a true dark one

Many people say JF (Jungle Flavors) also has a good biscuit. OK, I have not tried it myself, but have heard this mentioned over a dozen times by different people so forgive me for mentioning it (running quickly out of the room before someone throws things at me )

I don't really dislike dark chocolate, but I prefer Milk chocolate. I have used FA cocoa, but it has been a long time, I kind of remember it being a coil gunker flavor. I have not discounted using it yet. I still have a bit of my other attempt's left, once those are gone I will try again.

It's not as sweet as Cereal 27 (just made ). Got it for a smoked bourbon custard and s'mores; have only Cocoa .

I think biscuit by jf is very good, but I've never tried inw biscuit, it will be my next biscuit buy.
Whenever I have a mix that calls for chocolate I always add a drop or two of cocoa.
