Which vendor did you choose?
Didn’t offend me at all.I ruffled some feathers the other day with my post on flavors and NETs, but I've had difficulty addressing that. Though I believe that trying to recreate something we already know as real diminishes it's signature, that doesn't mean that the effort is not worthwhile. In the case of combustible tobaccos especially, that recreational effort is one I consider very worthy.
I appreciate y'alls efforts to approximate the experience, in a healthier, non-traditional way. I've tried it myself, in my own limited fashion, but fallen short of personal satisfaction. The best I achieved was with toasted red oak chips, soaked in Makers Mark bourbon, evaporated then combined afterwards with Peter Stockebye English.#51, in a room temperature PG soak for 1 month.
It was good, but not as good as I'd hoped. I don't have enough experience with NET's, especially others creations, to say it's only a tribute, and impossible, to make something equal to the original creation. My experiences are limited to what I know, so I apologize for those I offended with that earlier post.

1.6Just curious... which ohm coils?
My current coil supply has .8 and 1.6 because I like both.
I survived the shopping trip. We drove through chick fil a on the way home. People go nuts over it. It’s ok but not to die for or anything.
Where did you end up getting the Zlides from?2 4ml Zlides and 6 boxes of coils ordered. Came to more than I wanted with the shipping but I still have most of my stimulus money.

I agree. About 5 or so years ago I worked in an office that was very close to one of their restaurants. Everyone at work raved about them. I found them to be alright, but nothing more. Probably better than McDonald's or one of those other burger chains, but that isn't saying a whole lot.I survived the shopping trip. We drove through chick fil a on the way home. 15 cents USD or Canadian? Because that makes a big difference.
I've only been using the z-tanks for a few months now, I think both are pretty good. They both seem to last a long time, but I might have to give the edge to 1.6 on longevity. I've found the .8 coils seem to over slightly better flavor, but not by much. Why decide? You can like both.
You know, I was a waitress all through high school and college, and most countries don't tip waitstaff like in the US but they get paid a sort of minimumish living wage.;
I kind of think in some ways that cheapens the whole waitstaff "experience" as it were. Because there is more to being a waiter than just carting food somewhere. I mean go to the big red arches, go to a freaking buffet. Tip no one. Yeah, someone has sneezed under the hood.
If you are a waiter, it is in part your job to be an entertainer and to also KNOW things about the menu (as you climb the chain) but above all like make sure your patrons are having fun. I KNOW for a fact I made more money on my own than when everyone "pooled" tips as it were, and it wasn't like they were being withheld by anyone, the owner defined "up your ....."
I can be a pretty entertaining conversationalist, I know a lot about wine and liquor and whatnot. I LOVE food. Etc.
I kind of enjoyed the whole juggling aspect, meeting whomever at my stint at a famous restaurant in Georgetown, being written up (by name) by the crazy cat lady Food Critic of the Washington Post that everyone was terrified of. I did not know it was her but I do remember a table like going ON and ON and ON about what wine should I get with what, and blah blabh blah and she was all,. "If you are lucky you will wander in and meet Anna a personable but not overbearing waitress who will know just what wine to pair with each dish and when you need your plates cleared."
People were like "AHHHHGHHC!!! You could go to the 4 Seasons with that and get hired that Day." I was like, "Why would I want to do that I am not THAT good a waitress and I'm fine right here, apparently."
There are things I miss about it, the whole timing thing. Oh well much of today sucked. I hit a point by the end of the day where I was like "Knock it off, woman person. You need to skip yoga a couple days and just pack." I no longer trust my body to do what I ask of it currently it needs a rest. I'm glad I noticed. That's how you get hurt."
It must be God protecting me or whatever so all the things can work out like they should. I did leave the kid a message he is feeling sick I will talk to him tomorrow.
Anna
I didn’t like those. Can’t remember why now.I have some .8 and some 1.6 coils but more recently stocked up on the 1.2 coils.

What is it about the 1.2 coils that you like so much? I have not tried those because I was always happy with the 1.6 or .8.If I could, I’d trade all my other ones I bought for the 1.2’s.
I feel the same about the .8's. My favs. I just got some 1.6's to use a gift card I won and they didn't have any other ohms.If I could, I’d trade all my other ones I bought for the 1.2’s.
