Well, the house isn't going to close by the newest deadline either. If I sign another extension, it will put this closing at close to 3 months. Not sure what to do at this point.

So sorry. That's a pain. I have no idea what you should do, of course, so I can only offer you my best wishes and sympathy.

@rosesense I feel your pain, well something approaching your pain well not even close but we DID have to go over like, the "polite requests" of our new possible owner. He is really ticking me off. For one, he had his MOMMY cosign for him after all making his "adult" offer. I bet he's a "tool/" They had this ridiculous, just SO RIDICULOUS house um, what is it when they say how much it sucks and what needs to be fixed? Anyway, it had stuff like "driveway appears to be loose asphalt that needs to be leveled and packed in many places, and a bunch more crud like "a nail" in the new roof which needed to be sealed. To be fair, the mommy/kid ignored most of those idiocies, only like "She" appeared to the think the sheds were garages. They are not. They are SHEDS. She wanted separate breaker boxes and electricity for them. We were all like, "OH HELL NO," and if it is raised again well, the new like couple gets the house because I would have LOVED a pair of "his/her garages" and like NOT ONLY that he did this immediate addendum that he wanted everything in the sheds, every last scrap of wood and extra crap that like was in there and the addendum was labelled "Shed/storage area" not garage.

So some stuff was under warranty. On our part like our electrician appeared to be very, very high as IN he like, FORGOT to run the electrical line to the hot water heater but some other mistakes may require cutting out drywall and that is gonna SUCK. Oh also our home inspector did not seem to understand how our furnace worked and had all kinds of nasty stuff to say about it when like, it is TOTES FINE but that is the kind of problem you want.: I suppose. We just need a letter from the furnace guy saying "This inspector is an idiot."

Meh. :I did some cleaning up but now I am fried. Bed soon but the horse teeth man says he has been being up until 3 am and I was like "Um isn't this what you take trazadone for these nights" so I might have to sleep on the couch.; I hurt so much who cares.

On the plus side, very little yoga got done.

I've been up and then in bed all day and now I'm up at 1am. At least I got a fingernail polish case to start organizing my flavors, got it from Amazon. Right now there's just a lot of bottles on the mixing table, it's mess. I plan on taking before/after pics!

    Somewhere between here and there
I found out last night that our neighbors of 20 years that we've become friends with are moving. They've always been somewhat secretive about their personal life but I was blown away last night when my wife showed me a group text from my neighbor's wife saying that they were moving. I just saw the husband Monday when he came over to borrow something and didn't say a word. We're not best friends or anything but usually see each other and talk about once a week. We have helped each other with things over the years and sometimes we will pick up each others lawn chemicals and he always uses my spreader. To be honest it kind of made me mad. I just hope whoever buys the house does half as good at taking care of the place as they have. I'm not planning on it since I only have about seven years left on my mortgage but maybe we'll move some day too.

Good morning random folks :) Have you any plans today? My plans to mix new nic base are on hold cause people from servpro are here again. I just don't want to haul everything out and start mixing and get interrupted.

I should at least get some nic out of the freezer. My frig bottle is about empty.

I'm still using out of the first liter that I ever bought. I haven't been mixing that long and never used to keep much on hand and used to buy smaller quantities. I don't remember how old it is but bought it long before I had a freezer to put my nic in. I bottled it in 100ml bottles and got one out the other day and it was kind of an amber color. Fairly dark but it was most likely dark when I put it in the freezer. It sat in my basement cabinet for quite some time. I have a couple of clear bottles that I bottled last year and put in the freezer right away and it's as clear as water. It's actually surprising how long a liter of nic lasts.

Plans are to not sink, it's a bit rowdy out here. A deadliest-ish catch kind of day.

Good luck. Try to stay safe.
