Also... somehow???? My husband says we are now "path people" I don't possibly believe him but he says it's true!! I MEAN??? WE were in a 900 square foot apartment with all that stuff and we have PRUNED!! Severely!! I don't understand. Anyway he came back and said the family were "awesome" and apparently they stayed an extra hour and they didn't want to be paid through the portal and like, apparently, he gave them the tip money and then said "I can give you something you can't really buy for a tip I guess.... And he brought out all his weed glassware and they were like "ecstatic." Okay that boy was ONLY 12. THERE is no way unless well IDK WV maybe you sprout late? In any case the SNARFED IT UP.

I was like "HUSBAND!!! WTH!!!! YOU CAN'T DO THAT!!!! OMG YOU ARE CONNECTING ME WITH CRIMINAL ACTIVITES!!!!! KNOCK IT OFF!!! Seriously, or I will HAVE to divorce you no lie, man!" Stop it! For the love of God just STOP!!" He said that was "all of it" but I know it wasn't.

I told him if he told me any more I was going to brain him then make him leave!! This stuff is illegal now! He was all like, "Yeah but I told them I had a MM card." I was like, "YES DOOFUS but like not HERE. That thing is INVALID, and furthermore I KNOW what you are going to attempt to do and if I find out about it, I will have to call the cops."

It is, rather oddly, a bit like being married to my first husband now. You know minus the violence and all but plus the stupid. Sigh. If I had known the laws here I might have reconsidered. All I can do is get him to keep me out of it.

Oh so we are path people now and I am SO CONFUSED the apartment HAS to be 1200 square feet. I am staying here to do yoga today because I drove the husband back after he dropped off the truck. He is very bad at keeping his mouth shut. At one point he was yelling "OMG OMG I AM GOING TO DIE!!!"

I was like, "That's NOT HELPFUL you know! Nobody in this car is DEAD." Everyone thinks I am this terrible driver and yea okay maybe there are times I should wait to take a swig of diet Pepsi but I have not had an ACCIDENT in like 11 years OR moving violation in over 5. My family are JERKS and they can ALL die, is how I see it. Grr. They CAN all just die perhaps in someone ELSE'S car. It's not fair. I admit I am a mediocre driver but you know there is room for mediocre on the road and they could trust my creator! It's getting like with my mom. Whenever we drove anywhere in m car I would just silently hand her the keys. It was easier. I am gonna do it with my husband I think,

Sounds to me like you have a .... load of boxes to unpack and stuff to put together.

I have never been cited or even YELLED at for like speeding in a residential area F THAT.

I mean l had an ADHD young BOY. I am heavily invested in never running over a kid or a kid's PET nor have I.

Also that was during the dark "COPD days" like where I was seeing everything in Tunnel vision. My driving was/is better both BEFORE and AFTER that time.

As it turns out not enough oxygen makes life REALLY hard. I had no idea. Thank you ECF HUGS.

I am a mediocre driver but even one of those does not have to mow down a kid in a residential area.

I thought it was just me! Cowboy tried to talk me through it, but I’m pretty sure I exhausted his patience lol. I’m happy in plain ol wattage mode. My brain just isn’t wired to grasp temp control
Only thing to know about temp control is the temp you set on the mod===the mod will not allow the temp to go any higher. Period. That way if you then lock down the controls you won't ever have a burnt taste from the button getting pushed by accident. an example=you are not sure where to set it so you up it by a couple of degrees until you hit your sweet spot --that is where you leave it. Nothing to it. No magic formula needed. The mod continues to allow vaping but does not allow the temp to increase past the degrees you have set on the mod.

    Hope this helps.
    :)

ps well--you do have to know what type of wire you have and set that also but it is easy to do also.

I got a response from the lawyer I contacted. They said that 72 in a 50 was too high to get a diversion and since it was highway patrol that it goes to district court and they don't allow amendments. So basically we'll just have to pay the ticket and move on.

I have a plan. After eating I'm going to retire to my room like I usually do. Instead of drawing or watching TV, I'm going to empty one drawer, count everything then put it back neater than it is now. Oh of course while listening to music.

Lawyers will bargain with a prosecutor in order to get the violation reduced. You have to pay the lawyer and also pay the court fees but don't get points on your license that way.
I understand that; I just don't see how speeding could be changed from a moving to a non-moving violation. Unless everyone just agrees to pretend.

    :)

I tried that and there was a little more to it than just setting the temperature, especially if you have a device that doesn't automatically set the watts when the temp is set.

Here's a typical rundown of what was required and I followed it all to the letter, but still got a vape that was not satisfactory to me.

A Beginner's Guide to Vaping with Temperature Control [2018].

I continued to adjust it till I reached a temp of 480 degrees and still got a little puff of vapor. I know I am doing something wrong, but I could not figure out exactly what it was.. I was told over in the TC forum not to go higher than 480, is that wrong?

Any tips? I really wouldn't mind getting the hang of it to be honest.

I thought all tickets for cars were called "moving violations." Speeding, running a stop sign, etc.? In fact, if a cop can JUST convince a drunk to shove his key in the ignition, BOOM DUI "moving violation."

I don't think I have ever heard a ticket/DUI/etc. If you are in an accident and not the offending party, it's not a moving violation. If you ARE the offending party then yes, it is a moving violation. At that point. I THOUGHT??? So I was always told and I know some cops (happily and tragically.)

    Anna
Per Wikipedia (I know, not an entirely reliable source), "A moving violation is any violation of the law committed by the driver of a vehicle while it is in motion. The term 'motion' distinguishes it from other motor vehicle violations, such as paperwork violations (which include violations involving automobile insurance, registration, and inspection), parking violations, or equipment violations." If this definition is true, then speeding must always be a moving violation, but not "all tickets for cars [are] called 'moving violations.' " Which has certainly always been my nondriving understanding.

It's like any other charges against someone in court. Normally you can plea bargain to get the charge reduced but no in our case. Basically the speed overage was too much to be able to plea bargain.

Along with setting the temperature, are you setting the max wattage? I usually go a little higher on wattage than what I normally vape at then work the temperature up until I like it. Some mods are better than others at it.

Also... somehow???? My husband says we are now "path people"
What are path people? A search tells me that PATH stands for "people assisting the homeless," so I suppose you could be considered PATH because you were homeless for a minute and have now helped yourselves not to be, but I can't imagine that's what he meant.

I think these wotofo pro flow subohm subtanks are all but useless to me. I'd have to mix seperate juices just for them, as I'm a tootlepuffer, or else I'd be sent to the moon on one puff with my 50mg juices. Maybe it would be worth it just to hang on to just in case, but I don't think I would buy any replacement coils for them.
