Good morning everyone. I need to mix today.. I have a few recipes from my last batch of mixes that I need graduate to larger batches.

With my shopping done, for now, I am left to wonder if I'll like the mesh coils.

so here is what I had come up with but it needs some tweaking and a better guava
the guava overpowered everything and gave it a really funky unpleasant taste

tfa guava 6%
tfa cheesecake graham crust 3%
wf mascarpone cheese 2%
fw vanilla bean ice cream 2%
tfa meringue 2%
wf deep fried pastry dough 1%
river supply's sugar crunch .3%
pur super sweet .1%

in hindsight as well, probably lower the guava % and don't need to use sugar crunch (at the time I was on a kick of using it in everything)

I really love FLV Pink Guava but it's more grapefruit than Guava.....LOL

I have a cobbler recipe that I may try to tweak with some guava INW and Cheesecake into. The pastry part will come from funnel cake CAP and Joy FA, two difficult flavors to mix with in my opinion. I found the cobbler recipe on ELR that uses both and it actually turned out really good. I was just excited to finally find something to use Joy in. It can be pretty foul, and was actually part of my first DIY order.

Either Brie or Mascarpone is great with cheesecake mixes. However, I'm not going with a cheesecake for this.....perhaps a biscuit.
