Mannnn. my flavor today is burnt ash. I went to my "Connected to caremark" CVS and they told it me it was too soon to fill (different rules, I guess. ) They were kind enough to sell me 6 pills until THEIR fill date of the 26th... WITH goodrx it came to 31 dollars. Double my copay. Six pills.
I actually talked to the pharmacist about my condition and like, he could not tell me what to do, but he for sure told me what I SHOULD NOT do. I was like, freaking out and I am. I just....
In any case, I'm looking at places like the Mayo Center now, I may have to instruct my psychiatrist in contacting the HEAD of Hopkins or Shepard Pratt outpatient sevices to tell them what is what. I mean.. . The guy was like, "Well if you are willing to travel that FAR?" I was like, "It beats a p/sych intake ANY day of the week."
I don't care where I go, jesus CHRIST. I mean, I really would go to Satan's lair and bargain for like, HELP in rturn for my soul.
The cruel irony is this is the most stable I have been in forever.
I asked him. I was like, "Pharmacist, I am a soicial worker and I CANNOT figure this out. I'm not exactly functioning in a profession capacity either is there ANY organization or ombudsman that manages these things? I need case management, I need HELP.
I just gotta make it a priority. The guy was all envious kind of, he was like, " Then, there is getting them filled." I was like, listen Caremark doesn't CARE they are fed, they are just totally incompetent dude. They filled my Adderall SO EARLY I was like, '"Do they want me to OD on it." He looked this combination of regretful and like NO clue what resources to offer.
Damnit I am going to MD or Mayo or something. Even if I have to fly. Beats a dang psych stay.
In any case, I am gonna do my research yoga SOON. I am starting to get skeered, and I don't get skeered often but I have repeatedly said (and I think I might) that if I were ever hospitalized again for psych ,that would be it. IT.
I better keep it on my radar I guess. Sigh. Husband can handle house, I can handles sanity.
The husband suggested my like state or local representative but I don' want to become the poster child for psych meds I am NOT that coherent.
LOL you will see, my VIDEO is done, gotta cobble it together. AFTER yoga. Heh.
Its tragic but it can be improved by judicious editing I think..

@stols001 - I used to have a different prescription manager, the company I work for shifted to Caremark a couple years ago.
For Caremark perhaps you can have a doctor send a 1 month script direct to a local pharmacy. I've done that for my nothing special things and it worked out - I didn't run out, and even though Caremark gets the info the way their system works they then sent the 3 month supply before the one month local pharmacy set ran out.
( An aside: A bit over a year ago I was having trouble getting something filled. I logged in and was seeing an entirely different person's prescription log (including their name). I called and got "that can't be", then later "oh, yeah, there's a glitch in the system right now, try again later". WTH?)

Yes, that is why I wanted to get into this stupid mail order to start with. It's not the three bucks, but it IS the fact they have slightly different rules, although in WV (I guess) the lady kept insisting I could fill ANY script I wanted at any pharmacy and they would send like, a 3 month script THE DAY after, but WV is a bit weird, like it keeps track of SOME meds and then will only send you like 2 months and 2 weeks or whatever.

It’s obvious that you have to figure out Caremark but perhaps you should get help from your dr for now.
At least you now know it isn't you, Caremark really is an "interesting" PBM.
No worry about being bulked up on scripts. If you are in their system they will get the notification of a local fill if you provide their card at the pharmacy, will not send the longer term refill until a proper time. It acts like a "reset button", covers messups when something gets hosed relative to timing on refills.
For local pharmacy I never ask for more than a 1 month, 0 refill, supply of something, as well as making sure that Caremark really gets the multi-month, with refill, order sent towards them and accepted (showing on their portal); I have seen Caremark drop an incoming prescription before, had to have my doctor's practice resubmit it. The 1 month is because Caremark is supposed to be the filler on longer prescriptions (at least in my company's case).
Hopefully your doctor will work with you on this. It's the nature of Caremark that sometimes a short term prescription is needed when things go sideways.

I just now realized that I forgot to get a couple of the flavors needed for the 3B cheesecake in my BCF order. I forgot Black Currant and the boysenberry. I guess I will have to settle for 1B Cheesecake until my next order.

I'm getting a bubblegum taste from the vt chocolate custard
sometimes I get hints of chocolate....sort of a semi sweet chocolate not quite milk chocolate, not quite dark chocolate...but mostly it's more like a bubblegum...
then again I did only mix it at 10% i'm used to 15% though lately I've been trying to lower my %
I mean it's not bad but
