I found one so far and noticed that they also used tfa ice cream which is what I was thinking to do.

I clean my plastic bottles with warm/hot water with a touch of Dawn. Rinse then soak in a vinegar water solution (helps with odors). I really like glass better than plastic.

Me too. Took me a few years but now I have enough glass. Saving glass vendor bottles years ago helped a lot.

I totally agree on the meds thing. I just.... It's such a PAIN to reduce but probably way better than last week. Sigh. I was on such a good path I had just dumped TWO scheduled meds and I was fine. One was a benzo but I just STOPPED it and I was totally fine.

With Neurontin? I mean it's not even SCHEDULED. Honestly it probably should be.

I can go faster this time though and then, it will be easier to find a doc.

My closest big town is Pittsburg. Anyone from there care to give me a summary of health care? Oh never mind, I'm just gonna have to do the research and JUMP. Sigh.

I just opened the door and let all my vape out in case the husband returned. Little dog was (again) trying to burrow under his blanket because it is COLD now. He failed. This time. I helped him. I don't tend to let him out much when the husband is gone. He does the exact same thing (sleeps) when he is not licking the floor, also he's like a small CHILD you gotta watch him every second and he ALWAYS poops somewhere before falling asleep. I don't really care for it.

But I am a better human than last time this happened, and I did not assist him. Go me.

Oh, cool go me. I just spent an hour like LOOKING for Pittsburg psychiatrists and emailing a bunch. Kind of went the "unconventional med regimen I am WORKING on," etc. I am just gonna see who gets back to me, how they are, and jump. I have to. Sigh. But, that was probably my best task for today I can do although frankly... Well I cleaned the kitchen. I always feel better when I clean the kitchen. Pretty soon here, it's "too the bath." heh.

I have to squeeze a small stixx mixx order in today. I can't really afford it but I'm tired of procrastinating. I'll get a check soon 2-3 weeks depending on cut off dates/etc. with new job.
At my orientation I did receive a covid test (not rapid) and my flu shot. The spread here in SE WI is horrible and I will have to be tested 2X weekly. I can do my own testing at new job. They will send it out to the lab.

I only bought it because apparently it is the only LB flavor that gets good reviews.

I think I’ll be ok vaping coffee again which will make me happy but I’ll have to go easy. I was upset when I burnt out on coffee and I trashed most of my recipes. Wish I didn’t do that now cause I had some good ones IMO. I do have a couple left that a friend kept in google docs. That will give me something to mix.

I only vape coffee in the morning so that I don't drink real coffee and detox from cafeine now I need a steak flavour juice to stop eating meat also....i have desert flavours Soo I an fine with that...I am gonna be vapan....it's like vegan but with vaping

Thank you! I'm not thrilled working in health care right now. However, staying at home doesn't pay the bills. Husband said I can stay at home but I know eventually money will run out. He is on his last week of unemployment (he was eliminated from his job months ago due to covid). He is applying for a extension. He was planning on working till 70. He was upset. Agism is rampant is our society. It's easier for me to take the risk. I feel he is more compromised than me. CAD, quintuples bypass, 2 heart attacks and just grumpy. I don't think he fully understands the importance of infection control.

P.S. I did buy LB white chocolate peppermint. It is really too sweet for me. I had to adjunct (hop it up) with some Flavorah white chocolate. Sister in law likes it
