That is a lot of cactus. I used 2.5% in a recipe and it was horrible. Have you tried this recipe yet?

Yeah I've been using it and it's too strong. I'd start by knocking the Cactus down to 4% for my taste and go from there.

I used this recipe and used Low Sodium V-8.

Sounds great. V8 is really useful. I mix some into ground beef for a tasty meatloaf.
