So sorry you are hurting! I know that when you have a chiropractic adjustment, your muscles sometimes try to revert to how they were before the adjustment — this is referred to as muscle memory and they can undo what the chiropractor did. I would wait until tomorrow and if you are still in bad shape, go back to the chiropracter. I also recommend ice packs. When my back is bad I lay on ice packs for 45 minutes and it really helps a lot. Hope you are feeling better soon!
Thanks. It is feeling much better today. I’m on my feet most of the day on concrete at work. I’m surprised I don’t have pain more often.
