I wore red wing shoes for many years. They are good but I don’t need to wear steel toe shoes. I have worn the same brand and model of shoe for work the past several years but they must have changed something because I’ve tried two pairs recently and both hurt my feet. I found some very lightweight and comfortable last night but they didn’t have the color I wanted so I ordered them online.

Suggestion - Worked standing on "My" feet most of my life (really paying the price now), the absolute best "shoe" I ever wore were Rockport Walking Shoe . . . Can be expensive, however worth it since they are very supportive & comfortable - Last long too . . . . Just Sayin' . . .

Interesting, it is the smell that bothers her so I may try that. TY Uncle!

My last job was in a hotel. I wasn't allowed to vape inside but my workshop was in the basement behind the big machines and other people rarely went down there. I used to take a regular vape with 6mg juice for when I went outside for breaks, and an unflavored 15mg vape with higher PG level to use inside. No smell and not much vapor, and I didn't need to hit it very often. Not the greatest vape but if it reduces the conflict why not. You could keep your regular vapes for trips outside.

Another thought. My wife vapes so no problem vaping inside. But there were some aromas she found offensive. They were coffee, tobacco and honey so I stopped using them. Maybe you could negotiate along those lines.

Thanks for that. I was trying to take it apart. Mine are just open mouth I guess since they don't have that drip top.

Unless the drip nozzle came loose and got stuck inside the cap. I've haven't seen any of those without a nozzle. That doesn't mean they don't exist though.

Hearty hopes for a hilarious hump day ;)

While much of yesterday's rain was north of us a tad, we still measured over 3/4". Said to be spotty today, solid tomorrow. Keeping the temp a bit above average.

When I smoked cigs, I always did it outside.
One of the big draws to me of vaping was not going outside, especially here in New England in the winter.
If I had to go outside to vape, I suspect I'd start smoking again. It would be far easier than mods and tanks and juices and diy.

Ditto here, although usually not quite as cold as you get, it does get hard to keep a cig going in a deluge! We'd been a non-smoking house for years before I switched, wife had quit several years before me. After getting the go-ahead from her, now I can vape warm and dry :) And yes, a couple of flavors she didn't care for the scent, so those are either no longer mixed or kept for outside use.

Where do you buy the ones like you have? I got some off of River Supply and they do not have the drip top.

These?
30ml PET Stubby Chubby Gorilla Unicorn

from the description:
"
This size Chubby Gorilla is a clear PET plastic.

This product includes the following: One Cap, one dripper insertion, and one bottle." Yeah, if no drippers, contact them.

I'm working. I jinxed myself again yesterday by saying I was caught up...then the crap hits the fan...per usual. But I got 'er done. I am on fire at work...at the top of my game lately.

I did wrap my family's gifts so now my tree is no longer bare, I still have to wrap my son's, then go and wrap Mom's this weekend. We are waiting on just three more gifts to be delivered probably today and we are done. Shipping is definitely slow this year.

The most comfortable pair of every day shoes I've owned are my Skecher slip-ons. I'm buying another color very soon. Light as air and so comfortable.

I used to dress professionally at work every day with heels and pants and dresses and makeup. Covid has changed me. I'm spoiled. I don't think I can wear heels any longer (except my boots...love my heeled boots). I'll wear my Skechers! I may not wear much makeup either...just very minimal if any. I am all about comfort nowadays and working from home was a blessing and life changing. I heard a rumor that we are working from home at least until the end of January. It's gonna hurt going back. I see lots of vacation days in my future.

This is finals week for my son so he's been busy. He's down to two more tests and one more project.

I get my covid test today. But it's not one of those deep ones and it's self-administered and they just watch me.

I recently tried 3 flavors I burnt out on many years ago, coffee, lemon and lime. I think it’s pretty safe to say I will never vape lime or coffee again (not surprised). I’m surprised to be able to vape lemon again so the experiment wasn’t a total loss by any means.

@DLKnives - Some vendors ship the bottles with the outer cap installed on them, but they put the dripper tip inserts in a separate bag. That way, the buyer doesn't have to fight with removing them from the get-go...to fill the bottles the first time. I'd doublecheck that they aren't in a small bag enclosed in your package.

    .

I have bought and worn Rockport Eureka shoes at work for at least the past 5-6 years and have always liked them. I bought the same ones this time but they are killing my feet. Something must have changed in the design. I did notice that my old ones didn't have stitching in front of the tongue on top and the new ones do. They are putting downward pressure on my feet and making my big toe tingle. I won't throw them out. I'll see if I can clean them up really good and donate them. They are only 2-3 weeks old.

That’s a cool idea, hitt :) I’m sure someone would be happy to have them.

I have a couple of pairs of Clarks loafers doing the same thing. I just dropped off one pair to have stretched for $8.

Good morning, all. No plans for today other than looking at photos of cat trees to make for my kitten. I have the plywood so only need to get the wood for the frame and also some carpet for wrapping the wood.
I am also going to see if I can find the Dexter books. All of the talks about the show has gotten me interested in the books. I may get lucky and find them in my local library. Since there will be a new book in the Game of Thrones series, I am re-reading the other books in the series just to get caught up. They are a great read so no lost time by reading them again. It is not uncommon for me to re-read books I like.

Everybody seems to rave about the fireluke tank, and I've seen it mentioned here several times. Which type of coils are best? I can't decide between all the choices. T or TN? 1, 2, 3, 4, coils? I typically vape around 35 W and 0.2 ohms. I don't know why, as I have enough stuff, but I'm really interested in getting one to try.

I don't know if you would be interested, but there is a website that I find incredibly useful when looking for new shoes. It is RunRepeat.com. It is a very in depth review site for shoes, and you can break it down to look for very specific categories. Every time I have bought shoes in the last few years, I have always gone there first to get info.
Check out this awesome shoe website.
