My loathing of the Ares is only rivalled by my like of the Zenith. It's like those guys only had one "great" tank in them, thank goodness they wasted none of the "great" on the Ares, etc.

No offense to those who LOVE them. But really, remember how GREAT it was when they both came out and the one you were like, "Sweet" and the other one you were like, "These were some awfully expensive build tools but MAYBE it was worth it..."

Just like (I hear if you were an American kid) you voluntarily ate like 70 boxes of Crackerjack popcorn or SOMETHING to get a decoder ring?

I don't have a Zilde. The way I saw it was like, "Any attempt to improve upon the zenith is just a marketing ploy." I mean I hear some folks like them better but I don't like side fill tanks very much and I was like, "Maybe it is slightly better, but is it really?"

I concentrated more on getting a few more backup Zeniths because I am one of those "Zenith PRO vapers" who actually managed to BREAK one. To be fair, it was not a SS one, and it wasn't the GLASS either, some bit just SEPARATED itself from another bit and I don't even remember dropping it, at least not hard enough to be like "Wow."

This is ALSO a reason I didn't bother with the Zenith pro I was like, "Woo hooooo, another GLASS BIGGER tank I can break."

Although I should note (and I need to buy more hair ties, they are worse than pens with their "vanishing effect" but I have not broken a glass tank SINCE the start of my usage of them. LOL.

I have several zeniths and some zlide 4ml tanks. I like the zlide a little better. I didn’t much care for the smaller zlide.

It fills on top, just like the Zenith. The Zenith twists open and the Zlide slides.Other than that I really don’t see a difference.

I never mind a Georgio mention and I don't mind being the loner on this but freaking HAIR TIES on mods are so MUCH better than vape bands honestly.

For one, with bubble tanks, you can go all Spiderman like on em, and twist and turn your hair tie into a WEB like structure that protects ALL parts of the bubble. They are Grrreaaat!

With larger mods, like lets say you have a gigantic Siren V2 on the not unheavy Asmodus Thor mod, you get to wrap like 3 times around the glass part and let me tell you, you are gonna be PROTECTED.

I dare anyone to a "hair tie versus tank band" battle (or even those of you who are all smug like, "I don't need ANY protection for my tank I am REALLY careful" people) and I GUARANTEE I will win. I will not even need to lie to do so.

I used to spend a lot of money on glass tank replacements and let me tell you had I discovered the solution earlier I MIGHT not have purchased 22 Fumytech Rose V3 replacement tanks from Fumytch at an exorbitant shipping price. I couldn't find them anywhere else.

The only problem that ever arises is if you run out of hair ties which has only happened recently and you are like "Do I tie my hair back and risk breaking the tank" or what?

LOL. It's a tough choice early in the am. But, hair ties are cheap I plan on picking up several hundred more at Walmart next time For three bucks. My toughest choice will be "all black" or "rainbow."

I do not mind being an outlier, and it's not like EVEN my expensive vapes look ALL that great honestly I view it as one more step against "Theft" sorta. As a bonus.

I’m feeling bad for the families that can’t get together. This family canceled the family party but we still did gifts. My older Dd picked up the gifts wearing a mask. She also dropped off the gifts from the other part of the family. We will have Christmas Day here. The 2 boys live here and 2 of the 3 girls and families are here often. 3rd Dd lives in NM and will be here for a short time on New Years. I guess it’s somewhat close to normal.

Morning folks. I hope everyone has a good start to their week. I washed out some bottles last night, so I am hoping to mix up some new flavors (either by SFT or a simple two flavor mix). I really want to try out the VT Sugarloaf Pineapple and WF Peach Gummy Candy. I've read some pretty positive reviews on those flavors. I also have FA Passionfruit that sounds interesting, but haven't heard a lot about it.
