Hopefully it will be lower this morning also.

Even though her bp was through the roof they gave her Sudafed which I think made it worse. Last night when it got better she had not taken it and we ordered Coricidin HBP and she will try that. If it gets worse I will make her go somewhere.

Well she's up and it was 159/87. Not as low as I hoped it would be, I think we'd better get it checked out but I have to have her want to as well.
I don’t know why she wouldn’t want to.

Man my Kroma-Z pod kind of imploded, juice everywhere because I accidently pulled the rubber fill port cover completely off and couldn't get the tab that holds it on back in. Tried to use it but it was an epic failure with juice everywhere so I cleaned everything and used my one spare pod, installed a new 0.3 coil and re-assembled. Now it's good so I ordered more pods and coils from ecigmafia.

last night it had dropped to 137/81 and that was a huge relief.
Sounds like a possible anxiety attack. Lord knows there is enough going on these days for that to happen. Both my mother (82) and wife (64) have a type "A" personality. They both take what I call their "Happy Pill". Oh, and they both have the white coat syndrome. If you don't have one get a blood pressure cuff for home. We use ours all the time along with a Pulse/Ox (if you can find one anywhere).

If I were you I would try the pomegranate you have as an SFT at 0.5% - 1%.
I'll give it a try. It seems that I mixed FA Kiwi at 3% and assumed FA Pom would be similar... my bad. Review also said 1%. just curious though (if you still have some) would you taste a drop and tell me what you taste (I will do the same)

Good evening! I'm still waiting on my taste/smell to come back. It hasn't changed. I'm kinda disgusted with this "long haulers" effect. I am grateful to be alive but it really sucks not being able to taste/smell correctly. I do have sweet, sour and bitter as a basic taste but cannot define what I am eating/drinking. I plan on some mixing tonight. I want to mix one flavor Flavorah peach gummy. I'm going to make 500mLs of it. I like it straight without anything added.

And if you do get a home BP cuff, keep a record. Check daily (or twice daily?) and keep a log. Take it with you to the doc. (The log, although taking the cuff to compare readings is also a good idea.) I did that a few years back re-tuning my BP meds, and my PCP loved having all the data.

Oh, and just got a pulse/Ox off Amazon, last week. They had a bunch available then, some not too spendy.

    AGREED ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^

No matter the reason or issue or cause . . . These 2 pieces of medical equipment (even a Glucose Monitor) should be in everyone's "bathroom" cabinet and/or as easily accessible as possible, especially seniors . . . "My" regimen includes BP Cuff, OX, and Glucose monitor multiple times a day . . . Just Sayin' . . .
