I understand what you folks are saying but these aren't standard plug wires. They have a long tube that goes down inside the block to where the plug is.

No matter what they call it I'm sure they have a tool. You'll have to ask.
I called a store by my house and they didn't have anything. I have standard plug wire pliers but need something to pop up the boots. I'll try to just do it by hand.
Don't those just push/pull on the plug?

Not Kia but hubs used to do some that were a real ...... Back plugs by feel only. You couldn't see them. Lots of fun when they all had those stupid boots.
I'd say there's definitely problems there...because my package paid a visit to Detroit...for 3 days! Could be a reason Michigan is having so much trouble. A package from TX going to FL...has no business at all being sent to Detroit!

The ones hubs did took 6 hours. The customer didn’t believe it and said he would wait. We knew the guy so hubs let him stand there and watch. 6 hours later the guy saw it was 6 solid hours of work. Said he never would have believed it.
Megadesk complete. It is very heavy, but not too unmanageable for 1 person. I'm really satisfied with my stain choices.
