I just got this from a vendor I've bought from several times at least. I bet it's just the 1st of many to come.

ONLINE STORE CLOSING

Due to the new Federal Law that effectively bans online sales of vape products and liquids, we're deeply saddened that this Online Store will be CLOSING permanently on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at 11:59 PM Eastern or as supplies last.

* * Our Retail Store in Stuart, Florida will remain OPEN & is not closing * *

We recommend that you stock up on juice and coils!
E-Liquid will stay fresh for 1 to 2 years if kept cool & away from sunlight. It will stay fresh even longer if extra bottles are stored in the fridge (keep away from children).

Sadly, this is going to be the end of our great days of ordering online. I would suspect if you have local vape shops in your area that their prices will increase as well. I even wonder, how will they even remain stocked? Will they even be able to get shipments?

I'll probably order a few more rolls of my favorite Clapton wire and pour a little beer on the floor for all our dead memories of the glory years of vaping.

Who is it?

It's Word-Up Ecig in Stuart, FL. They're relatively small compared to other vendors. I've bought some Clearance things from them several times, and found a few things that were HTF before. But their regular prices, and even their Clearance priced stuff now...are at or above other vendors' prices for the most part.

    Somewhere between here and there
It's a 1999 Audi A6. And although I hit that dip faster than I should've, I certainly didn't hit it that fast. Ive hit a similar dip much faster without problems. My niece once hit the same dip without even slowing down, like at 45-50 mph. Well, from now on, both of those dips are gonna be taken at 5 mph.

I looked up a picture of that car and it looks like a regular sedan. It doesn't look like it sits lower than the average car. Those must be some dips you're hitting.

I think we'll still be able to get wire from places like temco but can't say that for sure. I wonder what the sites like FT, sourcemore, etc will do? I can't see them giving up all of the US orders that they get.

From my understanding, after reading through the new Bill on 2 different websites....the ban only applies to online sales and shipment to end users...not B2B. So vendors would still be able to stock their physical stores. They can card customers in their stores, which they can't do online. Teens know how to get around those Age Verification set-ups online.

Some of the sites I buy from just ask for your birthdate. That's not even really age verification in my opinion. Most don't ask for anything. I don't think I've been in a physical vape shop in 8-10 years. I would have to google vape shops to find one.

I got an email from Mister E-Liquid, saying the same thing about the ban on shipping directly to customers. However, he said IF people still wanted to get Mister E-liquid juices that they like after March....they should ask their local vape shop to start carrying it, in hopes that they'd contact Mister E-Liquid and order it from him for their shops. So...he must be interpreting the shipping ban the same way...that shipping B2B will still be allowed.

So you used FW (that's the one that is supposed to taste like old fashioned RB) I don't have any ice cream flavors and may have to make some choices to squeeze in two more.

No... but I have Vanilla cream (it will have to do)

vanilla bean ice cream is a good one to have on hand it works great as a cream, or as an ice cream...but go with you got if it works for you :)

My package has arrived. I have been pleasantly surprised with the Arbiter RTA... the thing is huge!

So...what's everyone going to do with extras from their stash, and/or things they think they won't ever use...that you want to sell? 1) Put them on the Classies and ship them before the shipping ban for vaping things takes effect? Or 2) Wait until afterwards and take your chances with the USPS (which means not being honest) when the clerk rattles off that question of "anything liquid, fragile, hazardous, or perishable, perfume, lithium batteries, or vaping items in the package?" Or 3) Just hang on to everything in your stash to maybe help local friends out later?

ETA: Thinking about it further just now....there's nothing in the Bill that specifically mentions the shipment of vaping items via USPS if you're not a business/vendor. I wonder if that's a viable loophole for the everyday person to ship them to friends, relatives, or other people that one knows are definitely "of legal age"?

Afterall...the Bill's supposed purpose, was to prevent underage people from ordering/receiving vaping items via online shopping, which means from a business or vendor. ;)

Plans were today to book a flight to Texas, and rent a van to bring back personal effects from condo we just sold. Mission accomplished.
Just started re-learning html, I'm finding it incredibly easy so far, but I had a lot of practice at it designing and building my own websites back in the day as a wee lad.

I usually tell them yes there's liquid, if they ask I either say yes liquid....which they usually ask is it combustible and I say no....or if it's perishable and again I say no...if they ask then I usually say essential oils (close enough)....

And I finished cleaning my basement too! The logistics of planning my trip to Texas and back wasn't easy. There are many variables, and finally the solution presented itself only today with new developments.
