I have a toro leaf vacuum that works really good but it’s a plug in unit so I have a long cord to use with it. I usually rake into piles then vacuum them up.
I gave my Dad the Black & Decker one I only used as a blower. I forgot it mulched until I found the accessories in my basement. Dad has a magnolia tree and he uses it to mulch those thick leaves and it does a great job.

I started buying everything from Worx that uses batteries and it was life changing. I’m a Worx fan now. I couldn’t live without my weed eater/edger/mini mower all in one from Worx. They are so light for someone like me so I can handle them easily. I love the battery powered. I don’t like gas equipment for sure.

I’m looking at all options for my leaf mulcher so I’ll take a look at toro. Will they mulch small twigs? All my leaves in the backyard will have twigs and sticks. I normally just mow them. But my driveway walls collect leaves so that’s what I would use the mulcher for mainly.

It's been pretty cold here for the last week, snowed a little two days ago, but... today is absolutely stunning outside. It's 57 degrees.
Afraid it’s gonna be a long time before we see any 50’s.:(

I enjoyed going out today. Spring will be here in about a month. Which reminds me I need to call a tree cutter to take down two viburnums in front and a dead dogwood in back. I’m redoing my front plantings this spring (I removed all plantings the last two years except the viburnums). I already have my list of no-maintenance plants that I need to buy. I will never ever have boxwoods or juniper ever again. No more Edward scissor hands for this chick!

The last order was all yellow, as that was all they had in stock. Previously, I'd ordered a yellow and a black from them. I do have a blue one in my stash.

I wish I had pulled the trigger on them earlier, thus getting all 4 colors. It's a great mod, and quite small for a dual battery squonk. I am glad you told me where to find spare bottles. That blue one is sharp looking.

I bought a black one but I haven’t tried it yet.

JC posted links the other day to innokin who had decent prices and shipping for a couple pods was around three dollars. It’s unusual for a factory website to have such good prices. I ordered a couple pods and an adapter and shipping was still around three. I think I spent $16 total.
 Thank you. might as well get the adapter too.

Boxwoods aren't too bad (if you keep them heavily pruned) but Junipers... no way! When they are small... sure, then years later you curse them!

So much for "late Christmas" day two. Everything was fine then my son and mother got into politics. They both started yelling and my son left. His girlfriend and the kids stayed (thank god) we are going open presents soon. Mom and son are both stubborn and opposite sides on politics (I hate both sides) keep me out of that.

I'm checking the site, is 10ml the only size I can order Custard Premium FA in?

they used to carry it in their house brand. I got 30ml when I bought it.

the toro does have a metal blade where some have plastic. I still don’t like to pick up twigs with it though.

I'd really have to check my flavor list. Almost sure I got 2 10ml but I may have got a 30. It was awhile ago.

Politics have no place in a family gathering.

Trimming 17 boxwoods twice a year (yeah not sure why my builder installed two rows) for over 17 years did me in. No more. I dug them up by the roots and good riddance. It almost killed me but the promise of no more trimming kept me going. Those junipers are a PITA to dig up. Lots of curse words. I think I had 12 of those. Awful! I’m going on 55...I want no-maintenance plantings and not many either.

How big were they if you dug them out?

I’ve got an autumn blaze maple an a Chanticleer pear tree that I’m going to have to hire someone to trim. They are taller than our two story house.

I was beginning to think I bought the last ones on the internet, but I found this site that has them in blue. They're asking $80 for it though, no free shipping but I don't know what they charge. I'm all stocked up even though I like the blue more than the yellow.

Huge. They got big. Some taller than me (I’m 5’2”) and huge, even with me trimming them twice a year. I used my trimmers to reduce the limbs, then I used my machete and loppers and shovels and axes to dig them up...one by freaking one. Son and I hauled them to Dad’s burn pile and he let me light the match. And the roots travel. Just awful. It took me two seasons to do it. Talk about a sore back! Never again! I have other things I’d rather do before I get too old and yard work is not one of them. I want minimal maintenance.

We have some evergreen bushes in the front that just need trimming once a year and some barberry bushes on the side. My wife and her dad planted this crabapple tree in the back years ago that I hate. I’d like to take a can of lighter fluid and burn it to the ground.

I’m down to six trees (one of those is dead) and the two viburnums in front that are huge. I’d love to get rid of them all. Leaves and sticks and just everything. Our lots were advertised as “wooded lots” and they are. I had 17 cut down when I moved here. So even if I cut mine down, my neighbor’s trees will still drop stuff in my yard. I like when the trees block out the neighbors in the back though (good neighbors). It feels more private.

When you and I were buying some from Eciggity I kept going back and ordering more during that clearance + 50% off window. I have two black and two yellow. I have only opened one so far and it's the yellow one. I build low ohm, thick wire builds and the mod itself handles it better than some of my higher end mods. I'd love to have a blue one... not at that price though. Good thing you and I stocked up on them..
