My bp was high this morning . Got a nice 121-85 now. I don’t check my bp often enough. It’s usually normal but goes high from time to time.

My blood pressure gets checked when my teeth are being seen to. Which reminds me, I'm going to have to train the new dental hygienist not to faint when she sees how low my blood pressure runs. (My record was 90/55, but generally it's around 100/60.)
