I lied, I know exactly what day I had my last drink. It was March 24th, 1986. My favorite was Tequilla, anything from the top name to the lowest with the worm. That was definitely a lifetime ago.

Y’all are serious old timers compared to me... 1/23/04. Best day of my life! Y’all stand as reminders to all of us that came after that it is indeed possible.

With that said I’m thinking of trying the WF Amaretto. Has anyone tried it? @hittman

Some should be delivered any minute now. I purchased it for a recipe.. I have coffee liqueur VTA, which I think Amaretto is, not sure though.

No, I used the SC cranberry. I'm pretty sure you have it too.

I actually used my mixed cheesecake base which is different but not much. If you up the White Chocolate a bit it should work.

Dd had to make a store run so I highjacked the kitchen to mix 3 120ml bottles of nic. After mixed I used 2 of the bottles to fill a 240 ml. Next store run she does I’ll fill the rest of my bottles. Much prefer mixing in the kitchen where I don’t have to worry about being sloppy.

Yes you do! I mix the next one when I get halfway through. Learned the hard way (aka a month of waaaaaaiting) to keep a fresh one in the steeper
