Morning, mixers. The weather 'cast has improved, from scattered sun to mostly mixed.

I get my second shot tomorrow...Moderna. I hear a lot of people are having more flu like symptoms with the second shot.

Got "Pfizer" . . . Other then my arm being a little sore, hope there are no other ill after effects . . . Just Sayin' . . .

Ours were Pfizer, and we had fewer side effects from the second than the first, and the first was almost none at all. But I have read that for many the second has a more noticeable reaction. (And also that side effects seem to be more the younger the recipient??)

Long day on the debris / burn pile today, after yesterday's efforts. Ran out of room to "stage" the stuff, so only partly cleaned up. Need more room around the pyre...

Yep - Go to my haircut appointment . . .

Ours were Pfizer, and we had fewer side effects from the second than the first, and the first was almost none at all. But I have read that for many the second has a more noticeable reaction. (And also that side effects seem to be more the younger the recipient??)

Thankfully - Guess I'm not young enough then - So far no other side effects then the sore arm . . . Just Sayin' . . .

Chores are done for the day. Supposed to hit 64 today. We'll head out for another walk later. I'm going to place an order for some spare parts for a couple of my rta's. Received notification of a vape mail package out for delivery.

Help. I got the GGD a microscope for her birthday, now the wife wants an astronomical telescope. Amazon has endless pages of them. I got one for my parents back in the 80’s and that type costs hundreds of dollars. Now they have computerized tracking and cell phone hookups and all sorts. I’m confused. I don’t want to spend a bunch of money on something that doesn’t do the job. She only wants to do some casual moon observation and maybe the rings of Saturn.

I’m hoping someone here knows about telescopes. Being an internet Luddite I don’t have any other social media to ask for advice on.

I have no idea about telescopes. But when I want to find something good on amazon, I just google something like "best astronomical telescopes on amazon". Websites will pop up and if you click on the first one a list will show numbered #1 and down and you can pick and read reviews and stuff like that. This is what my search came up with:

Since I have less Sceptre coils than Z coils I figured I can fit them up on my shelf and keep them together. Problem is I found only 20 boxes when I should have 37. Now I’m going to have fits about finding them. My room isn’t that big. UGH

I was going to coil and wick my Ares-2 today but after babysitting til noon I lost interest. Maybe later or tomorrow.

I had an anniversary yesterday, 6 months without a cigarette.
Strange, but had I run out of 3 of my favorite juices it would have made me just as stressed as when I was out of smoke.
I may have gotten a little better sense of taste lately, at least I felt the soap taste after my last build, annoying when you wash your hands, doing a rebuild, and end up with that taste
