I'm not a big ice cream guy, but I bought some last grocery trip. It was not a good idea. Freaking cookie dough ice cream is addictive. Back to healthy living tomorrow!

I went to the doctor and should get my blood work results back tomorrow. The brain fog and dizziness seems to be backing off some. My chest and lungs still hurt when I take a deep breathe. I have not been able to regularly vape since last weekend ....every time I would take a puff I would get dizzy. I have not tried to vape since Thursday morning, and before that I was only able to take like 3 puffs a day due to the dizziness. Strangest I think I have ever felt in my life. I really miss vaping...and I have had a really hard time not vaping...I do sniff my vape when I get really sadlol
I had that allergic reaction and then the family loss, and my body has not been the same since. I am just hoping that I will be able to still vape when this all goes away. I really do not know. After buying all of that nicotine and the equipment a while back...I guess I will see when that time comes

So sorry to hear this has been going on. Have you been to your doctor?
About 4 years ago I had a severe allergic reaction after getting my beard dyed. It took about 3 months for the side effects to subside and I suffered badly. When I told my doctor about it she asked why I didn't come in and tell her about it. She said I suffered needlessly because she could have treated it.

That’s funny! I had that kind last night. My wife always keeps ice cream in the freezer but I don’t crave it very often.
I really want some ice cream now. LOL I'll have to wait till my carb day this Friday!

Had some fun yesterday. 7 year old GGD spent the day here for the first time in a year while her mother did some officer training for the Guard. We're pretty close, she and her mother lived with us for 2 years while her mother went to college and worked in the evening so I used to hang out with her all day.
We were in the kitchen and she gave me a look and said, Mick, I know a rude word, do you want to hear it. Put my hands over my ears and said NO NO. She made me promise not to tell her mum. Then she came over and whispered in my ear, f..king. I nearly fell off my chair laughing.

I wish I could, but that experience made me embrace my white beard. The hair on my head is naturally all brown. My beard looked nice after the dye job, but my face started melting literally 5 minutes later... It leaked clear fluid for months, every part of my body itched, and I couldn't sleep at all. Lost about 30lbs by taking beard dye lol.
Don’t blame you a bit for not wanting to do that again.
