I'm making the simple syrup flavorings tonight for the shaved ice I'm doing at the horse rescue's fundraiser Saturday. Using these flavorings from my vape stash: WF Banana Candy, a combo of TFA Strawberry Ripe + CAP Sweet Strawberry, OSDIY Blue Raspberry Slush, LorAnn Bubblegum, TFA Watermelon, and either OSDIY Margarita or OSDIY Olde Tyme Root Beer. Those have all been the most popular ones in the past when I've done it.

OH! I almost forgot...I'm going to give the WF Island Mango a try this year, too. I'm thinking it'll likely be a new popular one.
Excellent Idea! We just had one of those shaved ice trucks come into our neighborhood and it had almost all of those exact flavors

I am glad she is doing well. She always seems to land on her feet, so to speak. Thanks for the info.

The job she’s working right now is online also but she hates it. LOL. Looks like a month give or take before the new place gets her new job set up.

I've finally caught up. After church this morning, my daughter, mom, and I went out to eat at Cracker Barrel. My daughter left back for college. I was so exhausted that I took a nap. I feel a lot better now.

In my little town there's only one locally owned grocery store that's been in business forever. It has a butcher shop, which is what it is really known for. I don't eat much meat, but I prefer to get it there than at the grocery stores in the next town over. But as far as groceries, they are more expensive. I try to make a monthly grocery run at Walmart. Then if I need anything in the meantime, I'll buy it at the local store or at Dollar General. Now one of my favorite treats is smoked cheddar cheese and summer sausage. That is one of the specialties of the local meat market. That and their German sausages.

    So...did you try one? :)

At the fundraiser yesterday afternoon...the 4 most popular ones were the Island Mango, Bubblegum, Banana Candy, and Blue Raspberry. Had quite a few adults (without kids) buy them for themselves, too, not just kids and/or families with kids. Several people liked them so well...that they bought some twice and asked where they could buy a machine, the foot operated pedal, the huge ice rounds, and the flavored syrups, too. I gave them info on the machine and foot pedal, and told them I make the flavored syrups and ice rounds. Gave them my name and number to call me for info to make those themselves, too.

Today's plan for making and giving them to neighbors and their kids didn't work out unfortunately. Rain and thunderstorms with some pretty strong wind gusts have been hanging almost all day. I'll do it for them next weekend though. :)

Busy day with household chores but I'd promised myself to carve out time to do some mixing. SSA Ice Creams, Apple Strudel (SSA) SFT, ShowMeTwice Custard, Lemon Cream Wafer, and Banana Moon Pie are now steeping along with a peach/apricot/mango mix. I was running out of defrosted nic and energy when work intruded (help, help, emergency! It's an emergency because someone didn't plan in advance, argh).

Now cleaned up, feet up, and DH is cooking dinner. Time to relax before Monday madness at work. I already know it's going to be a long and difficult week.

Please think positive thoughts - I did an @*RJ* If my extra effort last week bears fruit (twice what the owner expected), I may get a much needed new laptop out of it as a bonus. I'm looking at nice ones I couldn't otherwise afford :w00t:. We're waiting on confirmation from the accountants and probably wont' get that until the end of the week. It might get shot down or reduced, but it was definitely worth a try.

Raspberry sounds good with some lemon if the cake doesn’t drown out the lemon.
I was going to do lemon but making my lemon meringue cookie and didn't want two lemon recipes at the same time (but I could easily slip a bit of lemon in with the raspberry) I also have boysenberry preserves. The cake is not overpowering.

Good review as usual. Probably not my style of vaping, but looks like a nice RDA.

I didn’t go much over 25 watts until I started doing reviews. Now some tanks I like as high as 45-50. The 58 on the drop was high for me but I mixed some 3mg just for reviews.

@Katya Tell me about your green tea mixes please.

    Hiya Frannie, Mixers!

What would you like to know about my mixes--if one can call them that. ;)

Most are just improvisations on the theme: 2-3% TFA Green Tea with a touch (less than .25%) FA Honey and/or a touch (an accent) of FA Spearmint, Peppermint or CAP Menthol; or 1-1.5% FA fruit (Pear, Peach, Lychee, whatever you like); or a touch of lemon (FA Lemon Sicily).

I like tea (black, green and white) as a non-sweet, dryish base for other flavors, just like we used tobacco in the old days--vanilla tobacco, nutty tobacco, caramel tobacco, chocolate tobacco, etc. I don't really have recipes--I just add a drop of this or that to my teas.

Hey @hittman, since I'm pretty sure you order more stuff than anyone on here, I have a question. Between Sourcemore and HealthCabin, which do you prefer? Or do you have a preference?

Besides FT, those are really the only 2 overseas dealers I have much experience with and just wanted to see opinions.

I’ve never got into the adding drops of this or that. Could be fun. I was basically looking for the starting % of the tea. Plus I want something different. Thank you much.:) I’ll get off my lazy .... tomorrow and mix........something.
