Totally agree. That's why I use foodie recipe websites mostly. Less is more, all the way around.Thanks. I'm thinking that DIY recipes are kind of like cooking recipes sometimes. Less is more.

I've been mixing all morning.
Did 120 mls of my vanilla base, 120 mls of my butterscotch caramel and 60 mls ice cream base.
Also created and mixed 2 new recipes (10ml testers).
One is a Boysenberry Raspberry Pancake using NF Pancake, WF Vanilla Cream Extra, WF Boysenberry Raspberry and a dash of SSA Whipped Cream.
The other is a Chocolate Milkshake using VT Milkshake Base, VT Ice Cream, VT Chocolate Mousse and VT Chocolate Base (Clear).

On my 1st go I went with 1% each of the SSA ice creams. It was good. The 2nd time I increased ice cream vanilla to 1.5% and kept ice cream at 1%, and I do like that one more. FLV vanilla pudding would thicken it up and add a little more vanilla flavor. I'm waiting on my FA milk from Nom Nomz.They sound good. So what’s the consensus on percentage of the ssa ice creams to make a base? I mixed a sample at 2 and 2.5 but wasn’t crazy about it. Maybe too high? I was thinking of making the base and adding either some fa milk or a small amount of Flv pudding.
I gave up on the many flavored one years ago. Never found one that was worth it.I got 12 plastic and 3 glass bottles cleaned out along with three rtas. I don’t know if there was something left in the tank I put the Hawaiian Punch in or what but it didn’t taste good so I dumped it. Maybe it needs to be used in a recipe and just isn’t good solo. I did go through my screenshots and found two I ordered flavors for and one I want to try. The third is a pineapple wafer but it has a lot of different flavors in it so I’m not sure.
