    Hiya Master e-liquid mixoligists.

Had a couple of questions i could use some help with.

If all goes well by the end of the month i am getting a MAJOR translating job (Scottish wants to invest in an apartment building in the town i live,so i wil be translating the whole operation).
After putting money aside in the piggy bank for the day my ol' rusty Peugeot dies on me i wanted to get started on some basic DIY.

Just tired of vaping the same aroma or trying another one and having to be stuck with it until it runs out.

I made a list of what i would need and that is already done, been reading some guides and i noticed some discrepencies.

    Take this guide for example:

DIY E Liquid Mixing - Beginners Guide | Ecigclick

Step 3 and step 4 tells you add the aroma ONLY to the PG,shake and then add that to the VG.

Other guides i have read make no mention of that,so which is the correct way?
Add aroma to PG,mix and then add that to the VG or just add aroma to the PG/VG?

2nd question i remember someone a while back give me the link to a good UK based website where they had a ton of aroma flavors to choose from.
Interested specially in ''pure'' one flavor only 10ml bottles of aroma, tried looking for it but haven't been able to fimd it.

That's about it,thanks in advance for the replies :)

To be honest i am not a fan of baseball nor soccer even thou in Spain it's huge, just sports in general but i do love sport related movies.
My first 3 sport related movies all have Kevin Costner as main protagonist and 2 of them about baseball,Field of dreams and For Love of the Game, then Tin Cup (about golf) and the 4th has to be Rudy, just love that movie ;)
I mix a fairly large amount of my "base" mix. It is PG, VG and Nic. When I do a mix I add the flavors first and then fill the bottle with my "base" and shake. Hope that makes sense.

Good luck on the job! I hope you get it. I add everything, then mix it all up. I don't see any benefit of mixing the flavors and PG, then turning around and mixing it again after you add the VG. Chef's flavors is based in the UK and some of the people on this forum have used them.

We couldn't start the day without your greeting @FranC! My plans include church, then chain vaping the rest of the day!
No church going here, just coffee and a bit of that chain vaping.

Good morning random folks :) Have you any plans today?

    Hiya Chief :)

Listening to some music while i translate the architects proposal/estimate for the ''possibly'' buyer of a building in the town where i live.

When i get into translating mode i just keep on the same 5 or 6 songs on repeat, helps me concentrate.
Last weird addiction when it comes to music is this one,i play it like 10 times a day:

90's song from a UK band that were a huge sucess here in Spain, odd how some songs just resonate to someone more than others :)

To be honest I don't do any of that.. I throw it all in the bottle and allow it to steep naturally... I generally put my nicotine and flavorings in the middle somewhere, but that's because I don't mechanically stir so it's just nicer to begin with what needs to be mixed throughout to start in the center.

And, I often mix in the bottles I use for vaping, (ldpe 60ml tall) making sure to give enough headroom so that when it's shaken there's enough room to mix well.

But I'm a lazy mixer. Haha..

For the above I use little miniature funnels... (they are so cute!)

I do have some 240 ml. bottles, I use those for when my bottles are empty and need refilled, but I kind of dislike that, it just seems easier for me to have enough of my bottles to rotate - when mixing I line them up like soldiers and go down the line one ingredient at a time.

Yes... you too can be lazy... :)

Same here when it comes to lazyness he he.

Already got a list made of the materials i will need, going to start small with aromas in 10ml bottles.
Just pure aromas single flavor and then from there i can decide which ones i like so i can change flavors once in a while.
Just sticking to one flavor is soooo tiresome, either i stick to what i know and can tolerate or spend money on a new 30ml aroma and maybe still have to vape it even if i hate it (can't afford to just throw it away)

Most people use 5ml bottles without using nicotine to try new flavors in... its less expensive that way..

Also, an RDA is likewise helpful for trying out new flavors... this way your not having to fill a whole tank..

It would depend on your taste for Pom. To me it’s not sweet and I’m not crazy about the taste so I would mix it with a sweeter fruit.
FA pom pairs very nicely with black tea. Sometimes I add a little FLV cream.

    Good morning! :)

    Morning, all, and happy Sunday.

Summer continues, and yes, "we" did set high temp records in a lot of places yesterday, maybe a tad cooler today. No snow. :) Alas, also no rain, at least not before NEXT weekend...

Step 3 and step 4 tells you add the aroma ONLY to the PG,shake and then add that to the VG.

I mix a fairly large amount of my "base" mix. It is PG, VG and Nic. When I do a mix I add the flavors first and then fill the bottle with my "base" and shake. Hope that makes sense.

As Fran does, I premix my "base" of nic, PG and VG, with the nic and (for me) the VG just slightly higher than I want my final mix to be. The flavors / aromas are usually in PG, so will bring that up a hair and the nic down a hair.

Mixing by weight, I often just drip the flavors into the final bottle, per the recipe. Top off with the premix, cap, shake and wait or shake and vape, depending. Doesn't get much easier :)

Actually, the second frame is more like when somebody slips you decaf...

Wow. I though he was being facetious about there being such a flavor. And maybe he was and you're seeing how many more fall for the joke. And maybe not.
    Portuguese Egg Tart-WF

SD rates it pretty high, gave it a 9.15/10. Says it's on par with FA Custard but with more of a lemon note versus FA. See his review on that page.

I always use nicotine when trying new flavors. They just taste flat to me with no nic.

I think some do... But when I went to zero nicotine you have no idea how many recipes I had that were 100% unvapeable without having every single flavor recalculated...

I think, now of course, that the best recipe is one that's good with or without nicotine, because your right, nicotine changes the way a juice tastes.
