I have this weird idea that they are basically the same. I do love the cream but it does have a sweetness to it. The milk is a great flavor. It's like they took the sweetness out of the cream and called it milk.
I know I haven't used Fresh Cream near as much as you have, but I've never noticed a real sweetness to it. I'm pretty sure I've never used more that 1% though.
I generally use it at 1% myself. I never noticed a sweetness to it until I did 2 simple two flavor tea mixes. The one with cream had a sweetness to it I never tasted before. The one with milk had no sweetness.
I heard back from BCF already. A week or two depending on when their shipment arrives.

I use it all the time. It's one of the very best creams around.
Concerns? Zero. I prefer all the flavors that have all the "so-called" bad stuff in them. They help to make better tasting juices.
Remember... the way we use many of these flavors we are only talking parts per million.

The weather people say it's supposed to snow here today. I'm looking at Sunny skies right now. My take, if we get a passing cloud, or two, that drops a few flakes... whoopee! Such is spring in the north lands. Although, who knows, next week we could see a foot. Doubtful, but it has happened in the past.
Still coming up with a plan for today. Might skip any plan and just improvise my way through it.
