Knee update: Primary doc said lets get this knee replaced and ordered blood tests, a chest x-ray and clearances from Heart, Lung and Gastro docs. I had all this a year ago but that was wasted, have to do it all again.

We sat in a room waiting for the doc forever and I had my expensive knee brace on but after sitting so long in a chair my knee has really been hurting. I have iced it to no avail and now tried a lidocain patch which helped some. I feel like it's going to collapse at any time so I need to get those clearances.

I have known many older people (actually including myself... I'm only 60) that have gotten much relief from (belongs on the "other" forum) from using C B D. It's not a cure in any way, but really helps. PM me if interested.

I hate going through all that to get to surgery, especially when surgery is necessary, but they worry about killing you with anesthesia or something.

I hope you get through the hoop jumping quickly and get all this done, I'll keep you in my prayers...

I’ve never used any Bailey creamer so won’t know the difference.

Sure glad it’s Friday again. The older I get the longer the work week seems.
Well you did say your work has been slow recently. That might have something to do with the week seeming like it's longer.

    BTW: Good morning everyone

Please don’t mention that here again.

Maybe you just need a higher nic %? I've found on the few times I've reduced it from my usual level I vape non-stop. For me, keeping the nic level higher means I vape less often. :2c:
    You're definitely right, David
I'm really at a low level with nic, it's 6% nic 100mg, and mtl.
I no longer have a big problem with nic abstinences, it is not the nic that makes me vape a lot, it is the taste experience I enjoy.
    Maybe I'm a little abnormal.

No, your not. I vape low nic and enjoy my flavors.

My mother likes hazelnut in her coffee but didn't want the sugar in the flavored syrup she was buying. I got her hazelnut concentrate flavor and she loves it (with a little Splenda... which is basically sucralose)
I do the same with FW Hazelnut and Trader Joes liquid stevia

I got my knee replaced in 2017. I had needed it done for years and ignored it because I was scared. My mom passed in 2016 and I promised her, so within months of her passing I did it. By then it was bone on bone (no cartilage at all) and I even knew how to adjust it when it fell out of line and started to collapse (dangle and bend my whole leg and shake) OMGosh the agony.
The surgery was the best thing I ever did and not nearly as painful as I anticipated. My only hindrance today is not being able to kneel for long on it (you are not supposed to anyway)

    Somewhere between here and there
Hope you have work for all day.

I might have to stretch it a little bit but should be able to stay fairly busy. Of course I'll still be checking in here throughout the day. On top of it being slow, the main manufacturer that I get parts from is changing their entire inventory computer system and are 1-2 weeks behind shipping parts. I've got six machines waiting on parts.

I think only peeps that frequent this thread. I did not know until I started hearing you preach it.

I was trying to get ideas for a new cheesecake and was browsing ATF last night and noticed a lot of the recipes on there don't add graham. I also noticed that several either use yes we cheesecake alone or in combination with either cap or tfa. I can't remember which one it was that I used to like but there was a cheesecake I tried that had the INW in it and I really liked it. I haven't vaped any cheesecake in quite a while.
