@FranC, here's what I was thinking would get you close to the Mocha Truffle Cheesecake recipe.
Take 10ml of your cheesecake base and add some mocha and cream. Going a step further, and using OP's idea, add 2-3 drops of VT Dark Chocolate. Just enough dark chocolate to taste it only as a background note.
Guessing you have some of your cheesecake base already to go. I'm thinking those ould be good additions to this one.
TFA Cheesecake Base
TFA Cheesecake/Graham 5%
TFA Graham Cracker Clear 2%
WF Mascarpone 1%
If I had your cheesecake base mixed I would try that. I think it would be pretty good.
