I stepped down over a 1/2 year before I finally gave the remains of the sticks to the neighbor.
It took many months before I felt any difference in taste and sense of smell.
So I can well understand that you as an x-smoker, well, now a small hobby smoker, need a juice with a lot of flavor in it.

For a flavor profile... I had GV mix me up a strawberry daiquiri of sorts, strawberry rum lemonade watermelon. Oh gosh good no idea of % but fairly strawberry forward.

I did two drops in a 30ml and was happy. Maybe try one drop and see how you like it. You may find you need another drop or may be pleased with one drop.
