Mom wanted to "char" two corn on the cobs for a recipe... she fired up the gas grill (all three burners on full blast) and forgot about it. Smoke everywhere (that's OK... been doing lots of BBQ with sauce and it needed a good cleaning) Too bad all the smoke got sucked in by the evaporative cooler... whole house stinks. Let's just say it's a good thing I'm here (last time she left the gas stove on and went to the store... burner went out and kitchen was full of unburned gas) Yesterday, she left a soda can in the freezer... it exploded. She spent several hours emptying the freezer, thawing with a hair dryer, almost destroyed the icemaker (the fun never ends  )

So it's day three without tobacco (yesterday was super hard) Doing well today. Busted out my DL tank and vaping 6 mg (that I normally do 3 mg) Also put a new Z coil in the Kroma Z and tried my new tobacco mix (only 2 week steep but curious if I need to adjust it) It's nice but might need to dilute it a bit (not the nic... the flavors) Haven't touched the cheesecake (now with mascarpone cheese)... two more weeks steeping. I really wanted to finally mix s'mores but didn't want to set up the scale for one recipe (requires moving my laptop, ect) I need to have a few more recipes to make it worth doing (oh wait a minute... I need to mix more peanut butter banana pudding with vanilla wafer) I forgot that... oh well. Almost dinner time so will wait.
My wife, son and family are at the coast (since yesterday morning) I am very happy for them (they all needed this) I would have wanted to go too but not enough room (with four kids) and really enjoyed having my week-end to relax (spent entire last week-end helping my son) Cleaned and put new coils in several tanks today (drop-ins) Hoping to finally rebuild my RTAs next week-end.

I was itching to mix something and thought I hadn’t used peanut butter in a long time so I did a simple mix with ssa pb, nr butter cookie, and vt peanut. I’ll let it sit a bit before trying it.

I haven’t used any Nets since I tried the last ones that Brett sent. Not sure why. I do like them.

It seems that every time our po gets a new postmaster I have problems. Last one even came down to see if I really had a mail box that was accessible and if it was properly marked. Well geez I have only been here 20 years or so.....turns out the mailman doesn't like my road too much because its narrow. ?? Earlier this month I was expecting a package from a vendor who would only ship to street addresses. I usually use my PO box for all of my mail but this time I had to use my street address. I happened to check the usps tracking to see where it was and it said 'undeliverable unknown address/unknown person'. Spewing vendom, I raced to the po to find the same people working there that have been there for years. They know me and easily recalled my po box number and street address off the top of their heads. Turned out the same mail delivery person decided he didn't want to travel my road so he was sending the package back to sender. So I told them I would be happy to forfeit my po box and they could deliver ALL of my mail down my narrow road. Funny how they just happen to have the package in the back so they got it for me. IF they could remember my po box number and was too lazy to come down my narrow road they could have just left a notice in my po box for me to pick it up. And I told them that too. Come to find out my tenants have been having problems with them also. I have one who doesn't drive that depends on them to pick up and deliver the mail. He said that he waited for nine days in between times for when the mailman would come down. Aren't they suppose to come on a daily basis? So yeah, usps has gone to the pits.

And don't get me started on DeadEX and the brown truck guys.....lol

    rant off/ thanks for listening.....lol
Reminds me of the last time I lived far into the VT country. 3 miles down a dirt road. I had a mailbox on a post (as did everyone else) and which was its own pain because every two years the damned snowplow driver got too close and left the mailbox post in pieces and the box on the road crushed.
The mail carrier was a woman who was heavy (no offense anyone) but perfectly mobile and just didn't like walking and would not get out of her Jeep to come to the door to drop off a package which wouldn't fit into the box. One of us was always home. But, she persisted in leaving a note in the box saying nobody was home and claim your package at the local PO, which unfortunately was 6 miles away.

I have 2-3 really good steeped Stixx mixes. Betting one of those would taste real good. I’ll need a flavor change tomorrow.

I had two delivery issues back to back that coincided with a new mail carrier person. One vendor resent my order to replace the lost one and I just reordered the second one. Not too bad I guess.

Today I wash my car inside and out. Sweep the basement. Grocery shop after I make a weekly meal plan. Trying to get my ducks in a row before starting back to the office full time. If I have time I’ll paint my toenails. There’s always tomorrow. Two more off days. :)
LOL. I gotta say, I love women, but never understood why they'd want to paint their toenails and draw attention to them. Probably the least attractive part of a girl's body. I'm assuming LOL that you are a girl, but that's none of my business.

    Good morning ladies and gentlemen,

I did a lot yesterday, now it will be tidied up a bit outside, plastic will be put on, later bark of trees, I am so happy to be done, a burden away from my shoulders.

Now they just called from the doctor's office, the pfizer dose is set for Thursday, I have had a reduced general condition this year, but I go for the vaccination if the doctors say I have a chance to ride out the storm, am tired of living with fear of the virus.

Tomorrow I go to the chiropractor again, he has spinning bikes in the room, I will ride for 30 minutes, if I survive that I will survive the vaccine too.

I have 2-3 really good steeped Stixx mixes. Betting one of those would taste real good. I’ll need a flavor change tomorrow.
My stixx mixes steep, 2 weeks now, will give them 2 more weeks. Have not tried them yet.

    @hittman,

I had a Traeger grill for about 10 years and they are OK but not near the best. I made a lot of great food on it but had problems too. They didn't have the fancy Wi-Fi stuff then, it was seat-of-your-pants smoking lol. That one for $800 is about what I had and it was plenty big enough and I'd do 3 racks of ribs sometimes. By the time I bought it and some pellets I was out $1000. I used to get my pellets from cookingpellets.com. All in all it was great to learn about smoking meat but like I said there are much better brands out there but they can cost a lot.

Good Morning Mixers. Still no rain, watering the garden again this morning.
Mixed up six 30ml bottles of NET's the last couple of nights (Fudge Cake, Nations' Capitol, Creamy Butterscotch, Anniversary Cake, 84 Turkish and Three Friars). That should hold me for awhile. And I've got about six 'comparison trial' 10ml bottles to mix up, just to see which I like best.
Vendors ??? Phht, who needs 'em ?

I have taken a 1/2 hour break, but the work goes faster than I feared.

I had a small work accident, drove over mod & atty with the tractor, the mod has survived, Geekvape Aegis Solo, maybe a little more unsafe with atty, broken glass and can be bent, no big deal, bought it on offer :D
I bet Geekvape would love to hear about that...of course they may already tractor test them at the factory

All this time I have convinced myself that I like the darker berries (blackberry, boysenberry, blueberry) and I do but finally tried raspberry and love it (specifically SSA raspberry syrup... yes it's sweet but no off notes) I need one more (less sweet) rasp to add to it... any suggestions? Keep in mind I don't like "perfumey" or strong "floral".
    Berryl FA??

My neighbor has a pit boss pellet grill and likes it. I can’t see myself going much over 800 for one. I’ve looked also at some green mountain units but don’t know much about them.

More rain this morning. At least it’s a light one. Time for some coffee now. My youngest daughter came home last night with more stuff from her apartment. I hate that I’ve been having to pay the rent when she hasn’t been living there. Nothing I can do since we signed a lease. Just one more payment and the lease is over. Not sure yet what the next semester is going to bring since she’s not going back there and waiting to hear if she got in to nursing school at a different college. She just didn’t like it there.

It was a soft surface so it took away some of the weight, I probably drove over it a few times, before I saw it in the mold.
The coil itself came out in parts.
