So it turns out I did mix it very close to the recipe I posted. I also (finally) remember it needed more vanilla so I had boosted the VT vanilla cream. Anyway... seems like more pudding is the solution (Fran was right) and a bit more SSA vanilla. I also boosted the peanut butter (just a bit) but didn't change the recipe because I felt that most people would want it to be banana forward. So (for me) just a bit more PB, pudding and vanilla.

Yep those are really really good. There is a small brewery in south Texas, Shiner, that makes some wonderful exotic beers. Coffee is one. I love one they make with prickly pear cactus.............

By the way, you can use flavors (like we use for vape juice) for coffee, tea and yes... even beer. I used to make homebrew beer and it's much easier to add flavor when you bottle it than while brewing.Guess I could use a coffee flavored beer ...........
