Chai tea contains ground cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, allspice, cloves and nutmeg. Not a fan of it myself

Good morning random mixers! I'm on my third cup of coffee of who knows how many this morning. Good news is the swelling in my feet has gone down some. I'm still going to try to get in to see the nurse practitioner today, because I'm due for labs anyway, and visions of kidney or liver disease are still dancing in my head. I take a lot of medication, which is one of the reasons my psych wants me to have the VNS.

I got my iJoy Captain Airgo pod and it's really simple. I couldn't get it to work until I saw a tiny clear piece of tape on the coil base, then it works fine. You turn it on and hit the button to fire - there are no other functions. No instructions, no spare coil. Now to give it a workout.

Glad swelling has gone down...my guess is it's just a medication reaction...

I love it....not sure about in a vape though.

Many moons ago I loved vaping a Chai flavor but I burnt out on spices real quick.

Yep. I'm out in the world again. They decided that the danger to public was minimal.

Also, I have found it is a lot easier to type when you take off the straightjacket.

Work stuff and a couple of errands. I also need to look at DIY Vape Supply again. Since I can't just order the French Vanilla Ice Cream by itself. I need to look for another flavor or two that I want that BCF might not have.

I do not have the big plans for today, mount the last water gutter maybe, autumn is here, about.
I have left to wash two Siren 2, two Berserker, one Ammit, do not quite know why I wash them, wash, coil, wick, two-three vape. I think they are ready for retirement life.
