We need @charlie1465 to confirm these speculations
Well although it's sometimes probably better to drink a bottle of wine before you go I don't as my French goes all funny :D

Yes it's correct that you need a top up insurance (mutuelle) for your cover, hospitalisations etc the state pays a large chunk of the pie so the insurance is relatively cheap compared to the US....which I think is a bit of a racket  by the way. The mutuelle covers you for hospital stays and the part not remboursable by the state...

Now you know :thumb:

I can taste that. I do not like.
I did some research on the FLV alpine strawberry and apparently it's super strong but very authentic. There was conflicting info too so not sure how to approach it. Might do 3 drops in a 30ml as a topnote with some other supporting strawberries....it's for your ice-cream base so I hope I don't ruin it.....

Just going to get my neck slit open today...nothing major. I've already seen the priest and been annointed, so I'm set in that regards. We leave for the hospital in an hour. I'm dying of thirst.
Good luck....sending positive thoughts

I think starting with one drop would be safer. You can add but you can't take away.

What is the tax rate in France? That stuff doesn't come cheap.

I liked the last two ice creams I mixed so much that I did remixes on both. Not sure if I'll do a new ice cream mix.....yet.
I'm guessing the strawberry and chocolate ones??
I've just mixed the chocolate one with crumble topping instead of crispy wafer as I don't have that flavour. Dropped the percentage on the crumble topping to 0.5.

Like all things in France it's complicated.....but very equitable imo.

    Up to €10,084: 0%
    €10,085–€25,710: 11%
    €25,711–€73,516: 30%
    €73,517–€158,222: 41%
    €158,223+: 45%

The worst thing is the 'cotisations' though which everyone pays regardless of income. Not sure if you have similar in the States but in the UK it's called national insurance. Here though the charges are enormous regardless of income. It's one of the reasons why France has one of the highest bankruptcy rates in the world

Still if you're retired you escape all that :)

Naw, I usually get my throat slit on Saturdays. THANKS,

    So are you done already?

    I haven't used it a ton but when I did I used 1-2 drops per 10ml.

Yes, but it’s Raspberry and Chocolate. It’s a good idea to drop the crumble to .5. Hope you like.
