I received my Chefs Flavors order today. I think it is odd that my Chefs order beat the DIY Flavorshack order to my mailbox. Chefs order was sent out on the 19th. DIY Flavorshack on the 16th or 17th.
I can goof off as much as I want. Working from home has its benefits sometimes. Although too much goofing off leads to 16 hour work days sometimes.
I'm not worried about it, I just thought Chefs got here really quick. Especially since I just did the standard shipping.
The only other time I ordered from them took around 2 weeks I think. Which was fine for me since it was overseas. That is why I was surprised when I received it already.
So...
Friend of boss will be in our office end of next week.
Keeping his stuff until then - he still has no idea.
I got him to tell me he likes the fruity flavors.
Seems what he has is an old ego model...haha - I told him to bring it so I can see what's wrong with it (says it leaks)
I'll mix him up some fruits and a desert or two - he knows I am doing that...hmmmm...says he is going to bring me a bottle of caramel rum ?

Hmmm, I wonder if it's some kind of caramel rum sauce, homemade. Let's just hope he washed his hands before he made it. Please update us on what it is when you get it, curious if it's some kind of spirit. Even at my advanced age I still partake on Fridays nights.
I have the recipe for an ice cream cone, 2 milkshakes and 2 croissants (if I have enough.) I have enough of my simple pudding base to do 2 mixes also.
I still have some of my s'mores (that was OK but too sweet) and my cheesecake (that I overdid the mascarpone and graham) so... going to combine those and see how that works.
My chocolate chip mint ice cream is great (partly because I boosted it with FA cocoa) but I will not use it again with "drop-in" coils... only RTAs or RDAs (very easy to replace the wicks) FA cocoa fixed my WF chocolate chunks (good but kind of "tootsie roll") but it really does clog coils.
Being patient and letting my 3 mixes steep. I should have made bigger batches because these are ones I've made before and I know they are good.

Hope everyone is okay in here! I doused in homemade mosquito killer/repellent and picked some tomato's and squash-then hurried inside. Still thousands of the beasties. The whole area is full of mosquito's. I'm hoping the males die off (the lifespan is 10 days) and the females will be without mates.

Hi folks! I'm home and I'm alive! I've got two incisions, one on my chest and one on my lower neck, both on the left side. They used transparent dressings, so I can actually see the incisions, and I do look like I've been in a knife fight. This was a rougher surgery than I've ever had, but I think it's mainly because I'm older. My voice is hoarse, which is a side effect of messing with the vagal nerve. It'll go away, unless I'm in the active treatment arm of the study. If so, then I might have intermittent hoarseness (30 seconds every 5 minutes) indefinitely. I can turn that off if I need to do some important talking. I don't mention singing, because my singing voice is horrible to begin with. I'm in very little pain, and I have pain pills. I go back to see the surgeon in a week and the psychiatrist in two weeks to activate (?perhaps) the device. I see my regular psychiatrist in about 3 weeks.
