I changed the dt on the Dvarw I got out today. I should change the others. The white dts are starting to get boring.
On the DL that's my favourite drip tip of all time....but shame they don't do them in a range of colours.

I have had my horrible Dvarw day today so I fully expect to have a wonderful Dvarw day tomorrow.
If the peak chimney is coming off then it's not seated properly. I have one Dvarw where the top cap always stays stuck in the chimney when I take it apart but I just flip it out and put it back correctly when I refill. Sometimes the groove inside the peak insulator which only fits on one way can be a pain to get located. If it's wonky then you won't be able to screw it up because of misalignment where the top cap inserts into the chimney....hope that helps :)

Video would be awesome. In my mind I picture Hitt stomping all over the yard while his neighbors peek out the windows trying to figure out what in the world he’s up to
Yes best to do it in pink boxer shorts with the sprinklers on....aqualocation I think it's called :D

My basil and rosemary are still hanging in there. Usually the basil has bolted and gone to seed by now. My garden looks quite pitiful right now. Another couple of weeks and I can put in Fall tomatoes though
When my basil bolts I just nip the flowers off down to the next bract and they just keep producing new leaves.... lasts all season :)

Good morning random folks :)Have you any plans today?
Morning Fran. It's Saturday, so I will probably do some chores around the house and maybe clean and rewick a few attys.

    You?

There is a ft pkg that has reached the local PO . It will bring me Dvarw 6 and 7.
Oh no! You're catching up! I might need to order more Dvarws.

Yea - Even though some "new" stuff keeps popping up, doing a little better everyday . . . Next 2 weeks a few test and a couple of Dr's visits will tell more . . . Until then, I did learn an important lesson tonight - that I shouldn't really extend myself - only cook simple things (eggs, burgers, etc.) and your microwave is your friend  . . . Dont Ask  . . . Just Sayin' . . .

    .

An instant pot or a crock pot might be good to have if you don’t already.

So agree with you and thanks for the suggestion . . . BTW: Actually got and had "Air Fryer" and " Instapot" when everyone was talking about them here, however they sat unused for weeks at a time . . . So, after a year of them sitting there not really being used - I passed them on to a family that could really use them . . . Just Sayin. .

    .

My daughter loves the instant pot but my wife just can’t seem to get the hang of it. I’ve used it a few times with good results.

Second crop. Spring tomatoes (planted usually around 2/14-3/1) are done by the first of July. It’s too hot at night for flowers to set. On occasion, I’ve still been getting tomatoes at Christmas from the garden. Summer not much grows here except okra. Usually rosemary is my only herb. Parsley, cilantro, etc are spring crops

We just started getting red tomatoes in our tiny garden. Last year we did the cherry tomatoes and got more than we knew what to do with.

One day I am going to try growing veggies again. I have not been very successful in previous attempts.
