I got in a short run and am cooling down. I did mix the Apollo with the ice cream base. I’m going to let it steep a couple days.

I made a boo boo. I used 2.5% with the Apollo.

It’s fixed. I noticed that the Apollo isn’t very strong smelling. Is it fairly up front at 2.5%?
