Now please don't get me wrong . . . While I agree with you, that those kind of polital views should not posted in this thread, IMHO- I think even though it was deserved - openly calling @Territoo out like that was a ltitle to harsh (as you did with @JCinFLA - who has also left ECF because of what happened - really wish I had spoken up then too).

And I know @Skeebo is a very good friend and I understand very well why you would voice your opinion that @Territoo adhear to @FranC "rules". However, even though @Territoo and I had our moments and definitely do not share the same politics and views in anyway . . . We've even had a few questionable post back and forth. . . . But @Territoo does really contribute to this group in particular and is usually quite pleasant and informative.

Maybe, while you were being very protective (Thanks for including LGBT+), this post to her might have been sent as a PM first, instead of a public post ?

Just Sayin' . . .

@hittman How vanilla is the Vanilla Cookie?

It was fairly strong at first but is smoothing out with time. I'd probably go ahead and do your usual steep on it before trying it. I was just impatient and only gave it a few days the first time. I have 30ml of it and the cookie premium with the cinnamon crunch steeping now. The crunch doesn't add much cinnamon. It's more of a feint background note in the premium and don't taste it much yet in the vanilla cookie.

At work one of our drivers got Covid while off on vacation and then was off for the mandatory ten days and still didn't make it back yesterday. He did make it in today but said his oxygen level still wasn't back to normal. I'm a little surprised that the boss let him go out in the big delivery truck. I would have kept him inside and had the guy that was covering for him drive again. Maybe I'm just over cautious.

Did you see the review on Cookie Premium that was posted here yesterday morning?

I'd have to agree with you on that.

    Happy hump day ;)

Yesterday's "scattered showers" seem to have camped here, most of the day and apparently all night. Did keep the temp over freezing here, and said to have put 6 - 12" of snow in the mountains. Good place for it!

We have a dual control electric blanket and it is wonderful. One we had to send back had some kind of plastic in it and had to send back as it made you sweat (nasty).

Next time, maybe look for a dual control heated mattress pad. Heat rises, after all. And, being below all the sheets and blankets, further away from kitty claws ;)

Work has been total chaos this morning. The boss is back after being gone for about seven of the last ten work days but his knee gave out at the airport and he had to leave to get it looked at and will probably need surgery. I got stuck helping out front with a bunch of stuff for about 1.5 hours this morning and have gotten none of my own work done. I'm really getting frustrated.

    It's totally not your fault.

Good morning random folks :) Have you any plans today?

Mornin' . . . Actually not much, "babying" my knee pretty much, it seems it's taking much longer to repair - not just brused according to the visiting nurse, physical therapist, and more importantly the PAIN . . . Ah - I really like getting older . . . Just Sayin' . . .

Is everyone ready for Thanksgiving? There's been a 26lb turkey thawing in the fridge. I have to admit I do love turkey.

As ready as I'm going to be . . . Got a bottle of wine for those that drink. . . So now all I need to do is take a shower in the morning, get dressed, and drive an hour to a Special Catered Dinner . . . Just Sayin' . . .

I know but I have to take the calls when the customers call wanting to know the status of their machines.

We have a 12lb turkey breast thawing and also a 13lb ham in the fridge. I totally expect my wife to get in her usually grumpy holiday mood as we prepare for Thanksgiving with everyone that's going to be there.

My sister bailed on Thanksgiving at my mother's because my mom was out of town and didn't call her to make plans. My brother had already planned to go to his in laws, so Thanksgiving is just going to be me, my daughter, and my mother. We're just having a Turkey breast instead of a whole turkey.

Goodness, hopefully, your wife can skip the grumpy for once. Hope you all can enjoy the day.:)
