I slow cook Ham in crock pot with pineapple slices and cherries while she does the rest of the meal.

Sounds good. Never had cherries with ham but I do like cherries.

Is everyone done with Christmas shopping?

I was done even before the season started . . . Like others, I give very special personized gifts throughout the year . . . Other then that, I may give a card with what their gifts are to my friends and family and then get the gift after the holiday when everything is on huge discount sales . . . Then we exchange gifts . . . No less meaningful, just way less expensive . . . But the best gift of all are the homemade gifts -- cookies (oatmeal rasin, gingerbread, almond w/pine nuts, chocolate chip,, etc.), and breads of all kinds (banana, zucchini, fruit bread, etc.) And of course - Brownies, a Tiramisu, and maybe even a real Carrot cake w/cream cheese icing (not a Spice Cake - but CARROT CAKE) . . . Everything I'm not suppose to eat . . . Just Sayin' . . .
