So what's wrong with a gift for yourself ? At least you know what she wants

Nothing whatsoever wrong with it. But I tend to hold off on buying for myself until the bank account builds back up after buying for everybody else. I also bought myself an air fryer and we have enjoyed it.

Other than that…..what’s everyone doing this evening?

Daughter and I just got back from visiting my mom. Nothing special planned until Christmas eve. I can't even work on my diamond painting while my daughter and the grandkitties are here. They are camped out in my craft room which was her bedroom before.

Since the pandemic started my son uses clippers on his hair and keeps it short. I do the edging and around his beard. It looks nice and better yet it’s free. He used to do the online check in at Sports Clips and he loved it.

He made the President’s List again with all A’s this semester as a senior in mechanical engineering. I’m so stinking proud of him. Just three more semesters and he graduates. He was supposed to graduate after this spring semester but thermodynamics and retaking it three times before he finally passed it kinda messed up his schedule.

I think I’ll use the HA ice cream in a couple mixes. I can see it working well. It doesn’t include any flavors other than a very tasty plain ice cream.

I just made a connection that was right in front of me! My son is obsessed with everything Norway. And you live there! He loves the language and music…everything. He’s learned quite a few Norwegian phrases. For Christmas I bought him a snack box from a seller on Etsy that lives in Oslo, Norway. He will be thrilled about that gift! It contains snacks and chocolates from the region. It’s my favorite gift this year.

Just finished wrapping and I’m finally done. In total I bought and wrapped 79 gifts (for me and Mom). She agrees this is the last year so we’ll see how she feels a year from now. This mystery Santa stuff is not for the weak.
