I was able to check out using Apple Pay with no problem.

I tried with the google pay option, but was declined too, but 3rd card worked, which is lucky, as was the last one to try.

If you have an apple phone or computer you can load your cards into your digital wallet. When you pay with it then it generates a one time use number so people can’t hack your credit card.

No apple phone. Just the iPad.

The last of my rather sweet Raspberry cookie ice cream went in my Zlide today. The Zlide is a juice miser also so it will be awhile before it’s empty. Means I need to come up with a couple new recipes.

Springsteen is very popular all over Europe. He is one of only a handful of artists who regularly plays 3 hour shows.

As a youngster with an older brother I received my baptism into rock n roll with the music from the 50's, 60's and 70's. I do like some 80's rock.

From my dad I got all the greats in jazz music. Jazz was one of the reasons I got into playing keyboards and saxes. Then with rock came the guitars.

These days I'm into many of the current progressive rock and progressive metal bands from Europe. Sadly, progressive rock is a long lost art on this side of the Pond.

My last week in the hospital I kept wondering if I was allowed to jump the wall for freedom. My favorite nurse had a thick German accent and in all honesty, she kinda scared me in an Eva Braun type way.

My favourite commandant nurse was one that tried to confiscate all my meds because I took a personal paracetamol without permission.....errh nope. Most of them were nice though.

Good morning. I don’t think I slept well again. I put in an order last night at chef’s. I added a one shot of DL strawberry macaroon. I’ve been wanting to try it. I hope it’s good. I always hear about lemon tart but not much about their other flavors.
