Afternoon crashing here. I'm glad to be busy at work but am getting pretty tired already. It's supposed to be a workout night but I'll have to wait and see if that happens.
Maybe you’ll find some energy by then……LOLAfternoon crashing here. I'm glad to be busy at work but am getting pretty tired already. It's supposed to be a workout night but I'll have to wait and see if that happens.
What painting now?Just chillin', vaping, and occasionally working on a diamond painting.
What is everyone doing?
What painting now?
Think I need some of that.Just had dinner. After my earlier post, I took some green tea concentrate that I keep a bottle of in my desk drawer for afternoon crashes. I think each capsule is 500mg. Anyway it works. Definitely getting in a workout tonight.
Think I need some of that.
I would say that’s ridiculous.I recall several folks here have Ford Escapes. My wife got one a couple of months ago.
The battery died on ours this week. Normally I would buy one at the auto shop and install it. But the battery on the Escape is hard to get to. It's right at the back of the engine compartment almost under the windscreen. There's a plastic shroud above it that runs all the way across the back of the compartment, you have to remove the wipers and 8 metal clips to get it off. Then it's a big reach to get to the battery. Even jumping it is a pain. You can clip on the positive but the neg is hidden somewhere. There's a cable from the neg to a bolt in the frame, eventually I figured that out and got it started. Put my shoulder out last week and it was in the teens so I decided to pass on the installation.
I called Avance who will normally install a new battery for free, until I told them it was an Escape. They don't install batteries on Escapes. Had to go to Pep Boys. Not bad really, they only charged $25 over the cost of the battery and they check the alternator.
That's the first time in my life I had to pay someone to install a battery. Why the *&^%$ would they make it so hard?

I don’t see why not.I did end up getting a workout in and did a quick mix with the sponge cake and some lemon for a tester. I’m going to let the three recipes I mixed using it steep a little longer but will probably try this two flavor mix soon.
