    Somewhere between here and there
I am in no mood to be at work today. I wish I could take another ten days off. I got some new work in yesterday which should be good to keep me busy anyway. Or as busy as I want to be at least.

Me too! That long vacation was great. So far today I have taken the required OSHA Hazardous Communication Advanced Training and passed the two tests. Could be worse I guess.

Feeling a bit better today. Cough is better but not gone. Last night I petered out big time and felt horrible. My test results are pending for tomorrow. Since I had classic omicron symptoms I'm going to assume I have it. My nose was so dry during the swab so I'm not sure if it picked up anything. I'm on the mend for sure. The two symptoms I had that are lesser known are my eyes were sore and watered in the very beginning, and my gums hurt. And my nose and mouth were so dry! So weird.

My daughter got me started on it. It’s a couple of brothers digging up an island up by Canada for treasure the Knights Templar supposedly hid there in the 1600’s.( I’m tired, and the details may be off, but that’s the premise. ) Lots of bore hole drilling and metal detecting.
We started watching it from the beginning. I haven't watched much this season. It's gotten kind of boring with the same old, same old. I did watch the latest episode, and yeah, not much further along. o_O The brothers, and other investors, sure have pumped millions into this whole thing.

It was a good show at the beginning when I thought (and hoped) it would move along and whatever treasure (if any) would be found.

Fast forward to the 9th season and they are no closer. Well, I mean, they find a piece of wood or something else here and there that turns out to be dated somewhere between the 1600's to late 1700's but no actual treasure.

The who, what, when, where and why... all remain to be answered.

Since it is History channels most popular show I'm fairly certain they are just milking it along now (no end point in sight).

Reality shows, <sigh>... I can't watch them anymore. These days there are way too many. The History channel, like NatGeo and Animal Planet, used to have quality shows on. Now they are full of reality shows.

Good morning random folks :) Have you any plans today?

    Yea, I’m late. Was busy.

So far the only plan is to take a nap, since I got up so early and posted before you did today . . . Don't know how you do it - getting up that early . . . Just Sayin' . . .
