Me too: Coffee, vape, coffee, vape (clove). Podcasts. I love Saturdays. Ignoring email in-box. Remembering how childhood Saturday mornings were all about cartoons. You'd cling to the pillow and resist getting up every day of the week, but on Saturdays you'd spring out of bed to get the bowl of cereal and get in front of the TV for cartoons. One time in the last few years, channel surfing, I stumbled onto a cartoon series "Tama and Friends". It was all about puppies and kittens, and it was adorable. Have never found it again.

Today's agenda: Coffee, vape, watch the snow falling, and decide when to go out and clear the driveway as it will need to be done 3-4 times today (UGH!). We're trying to plan around a Face Pain Conference (thankfully online!) that I'm signed up for this weekend.

I'm hoping we don't lose power. The news is reporting there are 39,000 outages already around Cape Cod with more expected. Fingers crossed.

No generator here. It's back at my house and Heather loves it.

10 degrees and weather says we may reach a whole 13. Dd headed to the White Mountains early this morning and she got lucky. It's not snowing up there yet.

Still cool and dry, for now. Rain said to be back tomorrow (or late tonight), so probably warm up a bit. Hopefully as the high pressure zone that's been parked out in the Pacific all week finally starts moving it will also break up the storms to the east, as the wind patterns change.

A hardware store and seasonal food joints, mostly. It's a shell of a town. Tourism is its only industry. It was in bad shape when I moved here twenty-six years ago, and it's much, much worse now. It looks prosperous because of the tourists, but it's all a front.

That’s sad. Small cities are getting gutted by the big box stores. It’s hard to draw people back to shop small business sadly

Fluffy Muffin? Is that a breed? Is it recognized by the AKC?

They’re affectionately known around here as Flurrffs, or WWE champs ( Rotton Rottie and the Red Sneak). The ginger one (grand puppy) is also a certified shed monster. Sadly, the akc only recognizes them as golden retriever and rottie.
