There’s so much out I can’t keep track but they sure can come up with some weird names.

I hit it with Aconite 200c as soon as I feel ill. You can use Aconite for any ailments but you need to be quick off the mark. Then I took Bryonia 30c every 15mins for an hour then an extra 2-3 times evenly spread plus 1 dose of Gelsimium 200c after lunch. Of course I used paracetamol to control the fever. I'm fine this morning bar feeling completely drained
That is very interesting Charlie. As far as I can see non of what you're taking is a natural anti bacterial. So what you're basically doing is supporting your body while it is fighting off the infection?

Yes that's about it. Homeopathy works by inducing the same symptoms as you're having which stimulates your bodies immune response. Whether you can self prescribe the correct remedy is a whole different ball game but there are certain different remedies that are generally known for broad spectrum applications. It helps that both my Mother and younger Sister are trained homéopathes

I didn't mix yesterday but intend to do so today. I managed to hold off for my usual month long steep so will be starting some new custards today. I've done a small variation on SMT's croissant base so need to think of some fruit to add....or maybe I'll go for chocolate!!
