My pgs From HC are “Has been take off”. Interesting point is it will “had been take off”from S.Korea.

I have a couple orders from sourcemore that are taking forever. I think that not only did that long holiday mess with getting orders shipped but has really slowed down the shipping process.

The drive to work was horrible this morning. The roads had not been plowed at all and it was snowing really heavy and the wind was strong. You couldn't tell where the lanes were most of the time and my wipers kept icing up. I passed three cars that were stuck and a couple that were driving 5mph with their hazard lights on. Some people should just stay home when it's like this. My favorite was this box truck from a plumbing company that was driving like it was a Nascar race.

It usually helps to do that. Some pre writing is just ideas to expand on. Sometimes it’s just a couple flavors like cookie dough and cookie bite. I do the final recipes in my room usually.
I usually write flavor combination ideas down as they come to me. Then later finalize the flavors the percents for a mix. Doing it all at once is a better idea even if I don't mix right away. A completed rough sketch can always be amended before mixing.

Folks that drive like that box truck shouldn’t be on the highways.

I agree and most of my “ideas” are a rough sketch. It’s a big step to make before actually writing the recipe.

My wife used to hate driving in the heavy snows. I drove her to and from work on those days.

I will never understand the people who go flying past others in seriously poor road conditions. Some of those folks you end up seeing in a ditch, or an accident, further on down the road.

My take, go slow and easy so I'm able to maneuver safely, maintain control and/or stop quickly should the need arise. Oh and, trying to stay the heck out of the way of nearly every other driver.

What gets my goat is the fact that those Speed Racers are endangering everyone else on the road. If it was just their own neck, then :pervy:.

    Morning, mixers.

Still nice temps (for late winter!), still soggy. Ah, life in the PNW :)

Around here, it seems the worst snow/ice drivers are all in 4x4 rigs. They think they can go anywhere. Yep, as long as they don't have to turn or stop!

Without a doubt the 4x4’s are the worse.

Work is pretty much dead. Luckily I have stuff to do but almost no customers have come in. I'm not surprised. It's still coming down heavy and isn't supposed to quit until this afternoon.

Probably why you had a super busy day recently....they all knew that the snow was coming.
