This afternoon I watched a vampire movie called Daybreakers. The vampires had taken over and there were very few humans left so they were running out of blood, they had started killing each other. Only watched the first half so far. For some reason smoking was popular among the vampires, the main vampire character was a chain smoker. Guess if you can't die why not.

I was sitting at the kitchen table rewicking tanks while I watched it. I was bent over trimming a wick with the magnifier on my head, glanced up at the TV and reached out to pick up a cigarette from the ashtray. I could see the cigarette clearly for a moment. Guess those memory patterns are embedded pretty deep and watching that guy smoking confused my brain. Need nicotine, grab cigarette.

I'm all drama(ed) out. Haven't watched anything but nature programs for the last 5 years...I suppose.
Always been a western fanatic...love the sceneries :D
My two all time favorites will always be Dances with Wolves and the Lonesome Dove series.
They don't make movies like that anymore

It's out in the big garbage can. Unfortunately it's got a week's worth of garbage and about 3 pounds of cat feces on top of it. And we've had spaghetti this week too.

Yeah, I’d leave it there too.

Oh,......I don't know....it might be in the spaghetti :pervy:

I watched a couple episodes, and yawn, was pretty bored with it. Yellowstone is kind of like the old Dallas. Costner's character is like J.R. Ewing (Larry Hagman). :D
That's definitely not going on the list then....I was tortured with Dallas by my sister's when I was young......I've never recovered :D

Morning Fran/all

Sitting here at 7am drinking tea...nice freshly brewed pot. I'll move to coffee after breakfast! Up at 05h15 so bright an early..... beautiful sunrise this morning.

I've got more painting prep to do and then we'll see.

I've got five of my eight mods in front of me and I definitely don't differentiate between flavours, custard, custard, custard, Apricot and raspberry :pervy:

See you laters.

Good morning. Looks like I got lucky with the weather and the drive to work should be smooth. There’s a chance of light snow for a couple hours later but shouldn’t amount to anything. I do wish today was Friday. Work is super slow again like it’s been a lot this month. I’m not even sure what I’m going to do today.

Nice. Yeah that should be sweet and yummy. I suppose at 1% honey it's not that noticable...?
I have a terrible sweet tooth so i'm going to try this...i'll have to use another tobacco though.

The honey is surprisingly strong and comes through more than the vanilla. The caramel holds up too.

When people talk about tobacco flavors they talk about notes of caramel, honey, and vanilla, so I figured more is better.

We're iced in. Yesterday's rain and sleet left everything all slick. Temperatures never got above freezing. No more precipitation but it's going to be just as slick today as well. Currently it's 19 degrees with a high predicted of 33.

Good morning Master Mixers! Just a quick hello. A lot still going on at home, but wanted to say hi and hope you are all well. I have my best friend of 51 years living with me under hospice care. It's a challenge, but I wouldn't want her anyplace else. We are still creating good memories when she is able. It's a journey no one wants, but we all take. Y'all take care! Keep on mixing!!
