Hide it from the wifie.
No need to hide it. Simple solution, very firmly lay the law down with a spouse, or mate, who likes to throw out vaping gear. :thumb:

I would have been livid if that would have happened to me. But the wife vaped, so, that wouldn't have happened. But still!

I had that happen with my Discover credit card. They initially denied an overseas payment for a Dvarw RTA from KHW mods in Budapest, Hungary. Discover sent an email asking me if the charge was valid. After I confirmed the charge the transaction went through.

Maybe your bank has something similar???

FWIW you can link a debit card to a PayPal account. Just about everybody takes PayPal these days.
I know but years ago someone destroyed me related to paypal. They stole my debit and had all my info and then proceeded to open a paypal account impersonating me. You live in Milwaukee right? Remember science and surplus? I was nailed by them back in 2011. Obviously, a employee but I did obtain a letter from them stating I was compromised after the fact. It was a real mess to clean up. (aisle 4 please). Lets just say I didn't have great manners with paypal. I suppose if I got desperate I could ask the hubs to use his paypal.
P.S. The identity stealers happen more than people know. I know a few associates that went though the same ordeal with being hacked.

I'm sorry that happened to you. I have a separate bank account that I use for PayPal (buying and selling antiques). My main accounts are not linked to PayPal.

Yes, I have a home in Milwaukee, but am currently pretty far up north between Rhinelander and Eagle River.

American Science & Surplus is still in business (69th and Oklahoma Ave).

A couple years ago someone overseas tried hacking my Discover credit card. They tried charging something and Discover held up the transaction. Discover contacted me and I told them it wasn't me. They cancelled my card and FedEx'ed me a new card overnight.

IMO Discover is one of the best credit card companies around. Their customer service is right up there with American Express. Both companies are extremely vigilant.

SMT, I dry burned a coil and wicked with the new cotton. First reaction is WOW! I didn’t know a cotton could make that much difference. Thanks for linking that on the shiny thread. After I go through these two small packages, I’m going to get the bigger one.

Happy to hear that Hitt! Your first reaction was the same as mine. WOW! Flavors came to life. I tried nearly every cotton around before switching to Cotton Man's cottons.

Got a link for this wonder cotton?
Upland Sliver - The Cotton Man

I’ve been using his cottons since 2016.

I usually get 12-16 days on a wick. It's very absorbent cotton. It feels like silk compared to every other cotton I've tried. Other cottons feel like rough sandpaper.

Upland Sliver (pronounced slīver; sly-ver) is unbleached, no pesticides, no dyes or chemicals. It has near zero break-in. There are no off-putting tastes whatsoever.

Butch (Fahey Byrum III) down in Edenton, NC is "The Cotton Man". I've known him since 2016. His farm has been in the cotton business for a very long long time.

Butch is a total riot to talk with via phone. Very friendly and an all around great guy. He loves to chat and freely share what he knows about cotton. The man seriously knows his cotton.

I hadn’t tried a lot. I have a big bag of the Japanese squares, tried a few different cotton threads, the 13 feet, and tried rayon. It’s hard to explain but this cotton even feels different just working with it. The flavor difference was immediate.

I bought a big bag of Japanese squares years ago, also used cotton bacon, and tried rayon. I didn't bother with the 13 feet or anything else. Now, this comes along and really sounds really different so yeah, I'm going to try it.
