I'm really aggravated. A customer of ours that used to be 15 minutes away decided to move their shop an hour away. I told them we don't go out that far on service calls and instead of accepting my answer, the shop foreman emailed my boss asking for a quote to come there to do calibrations. All of their machines are low to the ground and require a lot of kneeling and crouching which is hard on me with having arthritis in my legs. I was actually glad when I heard they were moving. Now it's looking like I may have to go do it.
You should at least get a pay raise for that one. If the customer is paying more, then you shouldn't settle for the same pay.
