No change in the weather, other than it getting warmer again. 82 here yesterday, well over normal. Some spots were, uh, 25 degrees over normal yesterday... looking for a good deal on soaker hoses, for the forest...
But they do claim the temps will start going down, and rumors of rain NEXT weekend are growing.

In the assault at the school, the attacker has had 2 of these "incidents" already and he's been ordered to stay away from my GD and he friends. I doubt that will work but this kid is a real problem. IDK how many he has to get to be expelled. He's new to this school this year, and I think he probably got kicked out of the last one.

Retirement may be better for me after tomorrow when I finally get my SS for Sept. They sent a letter explaining how they weren't really stealing a month pay from you, nice. Then they take out for the part B that they didn't even get straightened out for that month, that took 60 days. Of course I got really sick for the past month and didn't want to go to the Doctor because the part B was screwed up. They are right on time when they take part of your pay for 50 years though.If it helps, I start a new weekend every day!

I apologize for disappearing like a ghost in the wind for a few years, life can be hectic sometimes. I.e., i had a 19 hour work day yesterday

Just finishing up my lunch break here at work. I got a little more written on a review. My hope is to have two more reviews posted before the end of the week. That should put me in a good place where I just have two more due at the end of the month and one I just got Saturday so will give myself at least a week to test that one.

Hello in here. My latest adventure: at work every nurse has quit. I don't know what to do. The company had a bankruptcy and a corporate take over. I'm trying to survive. I did call in (the first time ever) last Saturday. It's hard to decide if I want to go to work and be the only nurse. Usually there is 4 or 5 nurses. I haven't signed up for any days yet. I'm hoping coroporate will actually come in the building, walk out the DON who just sank this ship (it went down like the titanic). However, she is still lingering on. I was almost tempted to smoke a few weeks ago. The urge subsided.
