I mixed another 40ml of the green tea and guava last night. I really like it. I should probably try some other fruits with it. They only had a 30ml bottle of the green tea when I ordered so it's going to last a long time.
I did a mix with mango also. Haven't tried that one yet.
44 for the high today. Still only 30's and 40's showing in our forecast. Really hoping the next snowstorm doesn't happen but it probably will. UGH

I’ve lost interest in working on these two recipes and need to find a place to put them anyway. Guess I’ll put them away for now.
I'm not sure how long to steep the ry4 one shot I got from Flavor Jungle. It's been about a week and a half I think so far.
I thought the blackberry crumble was good after a week. It did change a little after that but it was good. I always have an extra bottle of lemon tart fully steeped. As soon as I pull the full bottle then I mix another to steep. I'm sure it's well over a month on that one.
I have read a bit about how it works for my postal address, I should receive mail every other day, but here comes the chaos, Sunday is a holiday, and as far as postmen are concerned, Saturday is also considered a holiday, so then the postal cycle will be, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Tuesday, Thursday.
They have already changed from 1 month's storage time to 1 week for packages that do not go in the mailbox.
Our postman does take pkgs. If they won’t fit in the mailbox then he leaves pkg and mail on the front porch.
The mucus in my lungs is coming out much easier. So the medications must be doing their thing.
I'm just sitting around. Took a nap. Reading a book here and there. Tossin' the ball for the dogs. Two cats on my lap. She made a protein smoothie for me, sucking that down now.
Played a game of chess against the computer, high difficulty setting, got my behind whooped. Set it to an easier difficulty level and then beat the computer. Ha!!!
Other than that, I don't know.

Still not vaping much. When I do I'm not inhaling. I really don't want to take any vapor into my lungs right now. So I'm just taking the vapor into my mouth and then out through my nose.
As I understand it, from all that's been posted on ECF over the years, our sinuses do a good job of absorbing nicotine.

Doc Sarah just Facetimed us. Covid PCR test was negative. She also wanted to see how I was doing, gave her an update, she thinks I'm doing good compared to yesterday. Was told to continue resting etc., yadda-yadda. Call her if needed.
